She was patient while I checked my records to confirm whether it had already been completed elsewhere since I've recently had several services done at another shop. Once I gave the approval, I went to lunch and returned about 30-45 minutes later to find everything completed and taken care of. After checkout, another concern was brought to my attention and the representative assigned Orion to go over it with me. Orion was extremely pleasant, informative, and genuinely caring.
