From the very first call, Big Brand Tire in Fallon came to our rescue. First thing this morning, they pulled us in and had us back on the road by 11 AM! They replaced the alternator, battery, and checked sensors while treating us (and our pets) with genuine care and kindness. So bummed to have to write this review. We took 3 vehicles here over the last year, we had great experiences until last week. We took my mother's car in, they did not fasten the skid plate correctly. She made it less than 5 miles from their garage, and heard a strange noise. The skid plate shredded in half. I called, hoping they would offer some sort of apology or solution. Eli's response was something along the lines of, that sucks, happens all the time, I can't do anything for you. We won't be back. read more

Very helpful and friendly staff! I had trailer tires with Tyron bands installed and they knew not to mess with them until I got them the tool needed to remove them...I had forgotten to bring it with when I dropped the tires off. They're my go-to tire place in Fallon now and the prices are very reasonable. I can happily recommend. read more

We called the day before about getting tires changed. We were told to drop it off anytime before 2. We arrived around 10 am to drop the car off. We were then informed they didn't have the tires till after 2 which would've been fine but we drove 35 minutes one way to get them done. We came back at 1:45 and they took the car and started working. After saying the time would be an hour/hour and a half we then waited 4 hours for the tires and didn't get our car back until 5:30. Arriving at 10 am and not getting home till almost 6 pm for a "hour" job is insane. I understand things happen, workers are short, but better communication would've been helpful. read more

Had a leaking back tire after doing some off-roading. Thought it wasn't nearly as bad as it was and was going to drive out to Tonopah on it. Thank god I didn't and stopped here. Have taken multiple different cars here, both work trucks and now my personal vehicle. They wheeled out my tire to show me the puncture and turns out I needed a whole new tire! It was bubbled out and not safe to patch. I'm just terrible remembering names but the front desk manager is one of the most patient and knowledgeable people. He and his crew took care of it so fast I was blown away. Amazing service and amazing folks here. Would definitely recommend this business to locals or even folks just passing through. read more

Made a 9:00am appointment for 1-2-26 to have my recently purchased tires re-balanced and to have the TPMS corrected because it kept giving a fault message before and after they installed the new tires. They were advised of this problem when I purchased the tires. I left the truck and after not hearing that it was ready I called. I was told they were still working on it and would let me know. Tired of waiting I proceeded to the business an hour later and my truck was outside. It does not take 5 hours to balance 4 tires and correct the TPMS. He mumbled they were busy and I stated that my appointment was for 9am. It was now 2pm. No further excuse given me except for me to go road test the truck and let him know if any problem. I had previously bought 4 tires for my RV and was totally happy with the work done by an older gentleman who seemed to know what he was doing. The problem here seems to lie with management and over scheduling. I own and have 7 registered vehicles, plus 3 flatbed trailers of different sizes and 2 camp trailers, some of which will be needing tires. My plan was to purchase more here but not likely now. You people shouldn't judge customers that they don't know or understand anything and thats the impression I got. It doesn't take 5 hours to balance 4 tires. You squeezed me in between your other customers didn't you?? too disgusted to bring it back. .. sure hope the TPMS works properly after me wasting all this time. read more

I normally leave reviews on Google but I've already given them a 5-star review there for previous service so this one is going here. I took my car to Jiffy Lube yesterday for an oil change and they told me I had a rear main seal oil leak. Unrelated, but they (Jiffy Lube) also told me I needed new tires when I just got a new set installed in Sep '24 (6 months ago. I only have 8,300 miles on them). Big Brand did a thorough inspection and could not find any evidence of an oil leak. They asked my driving habits and advised I return at 1,000 miles for a follow-up check. I have come to Big Brand several times for service for both my vehicles and have always dealt with professional, friendly, honest staff. Today, a newer member of the team seemed to be learning processes on their computer system both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up. I witnessed him receiving training. Practical, hands on experience and explanations for procedures and elaborations on scenarios. I think quality businesses aren't just based on the services they provide to customers but the training and treatment of their employees. It's always nice to witness good examples of that in action. read more

Bought 4 new tires staff very friendly got me on the road in no time. Would have been nice if they cleaned the windshield.

The first visit for brake work was okay. I received an estimate and knew what to expect. The second time I took a vehicle in i left it so they could see if it was something they could do. They said they would call me. at the end of the day no call. I called them. The manager said he would go see what they came up with "I promise". No call. i called again near closing time. I told them to let me know the next day what to expect. The next day, I gave them time to call me -- no call. I called before noon. No information. In the afternoon I called again and received information that I needed a part and that they would try to locate one. Near the end of the day no news from them. I called to tell them to just park it outside of the shop and I would pick it up after I got off work. I was charged $165. I guess I should have asked for an estimate on their estimate work. I wish I looked at the Better Business Bureau report on this place and read the extremely long list of complaints on BigBrand company first. This was the biggest rip off I have ever endured in my life! $500 for an air conditioner recharge! First it was $300 then they screwed up and all the freon leaked out to the atmosphere. So I went back because they said they had a 1 year warranty. They went to see what happened and found they missed a leaking O-ring they missed during leak test. Then they fixed it and recharged it without telling me it was another $200 after the repair! These guys obviously ripped me off for their own ineptitude. They should be shut down! I've been telling EVERYONE about these con artists and will continue to say DON'T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! read more

I took my truck in for the free oil change and tire rotation brochure I received in the mail and asked if they would change my fuel filter while it was there, my fault for not asking how much but they charged me $90 for the filter and $200 to install when it literally it takes five minutes to change. Then my check engine light was on when I went to leave and had to wait another 45 minutes while the owner was called to come repair the plug they broke for my mass air flow sensor and didn't say anything. read more
