I initially spoke with Nick over the phone, and he took the time to answer all of my questions while providing a couple of tire options for my vehicle. He was patient, calm, and informative. I later called back because I had forgotten the tire brand names, and John was just as pleasant, taking the time to explain the difference between scheduling an appointment and simply walking in. We ultimately chose Les Schwab in Fallon, and I'm glad we did. This was our first visit, and even though they were incredibly busy, the staff remained friendly, organized, and kept everything moving efficiently. Having an appointment made the process even smoother, and we were checked in quickly, although appointments aren't required and walk-ins are welcome. We decided on the Reputation 2 tires, and one of the biggest selling points was the added peace of mind that comes with them--an 80,000-mile warranty, road hazard protection, and free maintenance, all handled directly through Les Schwab. Just a little over an hour later, my car was ready to go with its new tires. Overall, it was a great first experience from start to finish. The excellent customer service, efficient process, and value of the tires made the experience an easy one to recommend. She was patient while I checked my records to confirm whether it had already been completed elsewhere since I've recently had several services done at another shop. Once I gave the approval, I went to lunch and returned about 30-45 minutes later to find everything completed and taken care of. After checkout, another concern was brought to my attention and the representative assigned Orion to go over it with me. Orion was extremely pleasant, informative, and genuinely caring. He took his time, thoroughly explained everything, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I finally talked my Mom out of going here after the third time that we paid for their…read moreincompetence... two radiators that somehow either failed while the car was in their hands or just as the car drove off the lot (neither car had any radiator issues beforehand and one failed catastrophically) and a bolt head rounded off due to using an open-ended wrench... all added significantly to the very simple repairs that we actually brought cars in for... I don't think this was malicious, I think it was just the near universal incompetence of mechanics that I've run into in Reno, but the extra $2000 we paid these guys for it was far more than enough. I wouldn't trust them to work on a bicycle where I could easily inspect the work myself. I've done nearly all my own work since the last incident here and guess what, I haven't had any parts not directly related to a problem fail yet.
