Approximately ten minutes after I called for a tow (and speaking with a doll of a woman who was very helpful), the tow truck showed up. I was prepared to wait at least half an hour which had been the norm in my past experiences. Also in my past experiences, getting the car hooked up was a lengthy process. Not with Marty's! Ismael had us moving on the road within 3 minutes of him arriving. Tow truck technology has come a long way since I've needed their help! Blew my mind. On top of the speedy assistance, Ismael was also an absolute pleasure to ride along and speak with. This place defined reassurance and efficient help.
