While traveling in my travel trailer across the country in June 2023, my AC and Fridge needed…read morewarranty work. I made an appointment at All Seasons RV. Upon my arrival, I was welcomed and a Service Advisor (SA) got the work underway. The tech diagnosed and fixed the problems within a couple of hours. The SA indicated that I needed to pay the Dometic warranty charges in advance to All Season RV, and I would be refunded on my VISA card when Dometic had paid the service facility for the warranty charge submission. All seemed fine and on the up-and-up. I waited a month and received no word from All Seasons RV and no refund on my VISA. I contacted the service facility and spoke with a different SA. He checked out my invoice and claim. I was informed that the previous SA had been terminated for incompetence. I was also informed that no warranty claims had been submitted to Dometic on my behalf. On further searching, the SA indicated that no photos of serial numbers for the two appliances had ever been taken by the tech carrying out the work. I was asked to open up the AC unit and the Fridge and photograph the serial numbers and forward those to the SA at All Seasons RV. After the extra effort, I received a call from the SA indicating they could not submit the Dometic claims for me. and I would need to submit them personally. The SA forwarded a Dometic form. According to the SA, I would now need to package up all the information and submit it to Dometic on my own time. It could take at least another month to receive a re-reimbursement from Dometic, assuming the claim would be approved. Does this sound like a well-documented process within the All Season RV business? Does this sound like the kind of service and run around you will want to receive from an RV Service firm? At 72 years old, I just do not have the time to hit my head against the wall multiple times, expecting different results. All Season RV should have stood behind their service agreement and just refunded the amount ($187) to me directly. This is no way to do business!

Our salesman was professional, helpful, and top notch. everything went without a hitch until after…read morethe purchase was made. Then we had to deal with the service department. Our purchase was made November of 2025, and we have yet to travel with it. To begin with the 2 hour demo was a waste of time. The employee continually told us he didn't know how things worked in our RV because it wasn't like his. After 20 minutes of this, the 'demo' was stopped Because it was a waste of time, and not helpful. So, on to service to get a recall done, and the things that we pointed out to our salesman. To this day the recall isn't done because they don't have the part. They claim it hasn't been released by the Winnebago, and they also claim that it has been sent, but they have no tracking. So, really not quite sure of the reason. Also, the broken passenger seat won't be fixed because the salesman forgot to write it on the purchase paper. None of the latches on the doors outside are working correctly, one is broken, and it will be fixed at our expense of over $300. Had the demo gone according to plan, these latches would have been tested then. There are now two recalls, a broken latch, and stuck latches on the rest of the doors. We are 8 months into this, with 3 useless appointments where we took the RV for repairs that they claimed they had the parts for it, but they actually didn't, many talks with the service department manger, and a call to corporate that assured us action would be taken. We are now in July, summer half over, with a beautiful RV sitting in storage, and we are making payments each month for something we are not able to use because the one recall makes it not safe to drive until it is fixed. The day of purchase we were assured that recall would be done in the next couple of weeks. I guess 8, going on 9 months, seems reasonable to folks not needing it done. We do not recommend this place, unless you are able to get the parts and service your camper yourself.

(We met Maria at the IX RV Show in January, and fell in love with this floor plan, that checked all the boxes for us. But we hadn't gotten a bigger truck yet so we waited.) She said she was going to pass us along to Jeff that she knew at the Medina location. He called us and I told him we had been trying to find a 2026 close to where we live. He said I think I can get you one. I said, 'what, really? ' And off he went, to make it happen! Within a day, he had found 1left at the manufacturer in Indiana, that he could have delivered to them for us! We had found none of this year model (local), and Forest River was not making anymore! Jeff immediately got a $5,000 credit card deposit down from us over the phone to hold it, b4 anyone else got it! Then he said that he could get it in time (2 weeks to our next summer camping trip), and he did! It arrived 2 weeks later, on a Wednesday, we signed papers next day on Thursday, dropped off our trade in/picked up our new one on Friday, and left with it camping for a week that Saturday! Jeff jumped through hoops for us, and didn't let us down! He's a really great salesman! Crystal called to let us know it had arrived in time, to relieve my anxiety, and let us know we could continue to empty and pack up the contents of our old camper. Nate was instrumental on the finance end! Ernest answered service questions and helped me pick out correct add ons. Erin was both very knowledgeable, as well as personable, in doing the walk through with us, despite us arriving late due to traffic. They ALL work together like a fine tuned violin to give you the best customer service experience!

We originally came in with one camper in mind, but he took the time to show us a few other models that were very similar while keeping all of our must-haves and budget in mind. We never felt pressured, and he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help us find the right fit. Nate in finance was just as great. He worked hard to find us the best loan options and made sure we got the best deal possible with our finances in mind. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our new camper and highly recommend RCD RV, especially Zak and Nate, to anyone looking for an RV!
