Although there was an issue with the item we needed versus what we discussed, the appointment was successful by replacing the item needed with other items needed. The price didn't change and we were happy with the final result. Very happy with our service that Allen provided. Would not hesitate to call him again for our key needs.

terrible customer service, terrible work, I took my Mazda…read morein to get a clutch replaced, I bought my own part as I was needing a specific one rated for higher power, I got my car back after spending over 1600 dollars in labor costs alone, the first 200 miles my sway bar linkage fell off, which was a direct cause of them removing my front axels to drop my tranny this was 2 days after getting my car back, i Fixed that, but my clutch is making god awful noises, squaking when I take off or am in reverse, I drove for the full recommended 500 mile break in period, still making the same noise, I took the car back to them to check their work to which they very rudely told me I dont know what I'm talking about, I'm not a mechanic, my transmission was already destoryed when I brought it in. I have photos of the clutch they took out, to which they said it is in pieces and it very clearly was not, my car was not making these noises before I spent about 3 grand in Toto Al with parts and labor, now after sticking a camera up they are more showing me the video from this, all while saying the clutch is installed correctly, but either way they don't guerentee labor unless it's on their parts, and I simply was never told this, was not told this when I brought the car with the clutch, was not told this when they texted me to tell me to order a fly wheel, they never once told me it wouldn't be warrantied or never once recommended me to use their parts, I paid the labor to have time work done right, and I am left with a car that i have put my whole soul into for 5 almost 6 years that is embarrassing to drive, and sounds super rough. I was also hung up on by them saying "come get your fing car" then hanging up. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful on the phone, very disrespectful in person told me when I picked the car up that I don't know what I'm talking about, they told me the part was bad, which they did not, I have all the texts from this place, I also paid for an evaporative leak to be fixed, I still have a code for this and they are telling me that's not what they were supposed to fix, but that's the code that I said I wanted to get fixed. had 3 people all talking over me raising their voices and telling me I'm wrong, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. I took my truck to streetsboro ntb for an allignment and rotation. I was told to come on Saturday…read moreso the best allignment tech would be there to do the job. I arrived an hour early because I was working close and asked if they could fit it in or if it would be better to come back at my scheduled time. With some hesitation the manager told me they could fit it in. As I walk to sit down I hear her ask a tech if he wanted to do my allignment. He replied "sure, if you show me how to use the computer." I'm guessing he wasn't the aforementioned alignment tech. I was approached shortly after by the manager to tell me that they just realized I was there for a rotation as well. She told me that it would be real quick. A short time later I was approached again asking me to come out to the shop area. I followed and the tech that was doing the rotation could not figure out how to use the special socket to take the special shaped lugnut off of the front driver wheel. He told me that it was the wrong socket. I assured them it was the only one I had for them. The manager, being aggravated, told him to put the other tire back on and told me to bring the truck back Monday and they would do the rotation for no charge. It took the tech 15 minutes to reassemble my vehicle. I went in to pay and was charged $133 to have the first guy train how to do an allignment when I was expecting a tech that was experienced. I was pushed out the door so quickly that I never received the allignment printout showing the work performed. So not really impressed with the service I received. I took the truck home and did the rotation myself. And FYI the special socket worked just fine to take the special lugnuts off. The outside of the nut looks like a gingerbread man so the socket only fits on one way. I will not be returning to streetsboro NTB.
