They chalked over the edges of the vent cover! Any qualified tech knows you don't do this

If you need repair work, please go elsewhere! Techs are not qualified or simply don't care! We had a $22,000 insurance claim done on our camper here. After the repairs were finished, we continued to have leaking. They came out to our home and told us they couldn't find the issue. Now, in the last year, we've had to replace the AC seal ($12!!!). Should that not have been done with a new roof?! Any qualified company would tell you, yes! Secondly, since the roof is STILL leaking! Look who sealed a vent cover on! Zero water could escape and just dripped through our ceiling! It was improperly installed, allowing air to circulate through! I won't even go on with damages to the interior that they did or the shotty craftsmanship inside!

They always do a good job. With all the demanding Campers with their trailers it's surprising they are always polite and helpful.

Upon my arrival, I was welcomed and a Service Advisor (SA) got the work underway. The tech diagnosed and fixed the problems within a couple of hours. The SA indicated that I needed to pay the Dometic warranty charges in advance to All Season RV, and I would be refunded on my VISA card when Dometic had paid the service facility for the warranty charge submission. All seemed fine and on the up-and-up. I waited a month and received no word from All Seasons RV and no refund on my VISA. I contacted the service facility and spoke with a different SA. He checked out my invoice and claim. I was informed that the previous SA had been terminated for incompetence. I was also informed that no warranty claims had been submitted to Dometic on my behalf. On further searching, the SA indicated that no photos of serial numbers for the two appliances had ever been taken by the tech carrying out the work. I was asked to open up the AC unit and the Fridge and photograph the serial numbers and forward those to the SA at All Seasons RV. After the extra effort, I received a call from the SA indicating they could not submit the Dometic claims for me. and I would need to submit them personally. The SA forwarded a Dometic form. According to the SA, I would now need to package up all the information and submit it to Dometic on my own time. It could take at least another month to receive a re-reimbursement from Dometic, assuming the claim would be approved. Does this sound like a well-documented process within the All Season RV business? Does this sound like the kind of service and run around you will want to receive from an RV Service firm? At 72 years old, I just do not have the time to hit my head against the wall multiple times, expecting different results. All Season RV should have stood behind their service agreement and just refunded the amount ($187) to me directly. This is no way to do business!

General RV is the first and only RV lot that we have ever set foot on. We've been talking about…read moregetting a travel trailer for years, and decided to stop by to see what was available in used inventory. When we walked on the lot, we were expecting to deal with the typical "car salesman" trying to sell us something that we didn't need. Our salesman was not pushy, but very informative, sharing from his experience and taking the time to understand what we were looking for. After the purchase, we found a leak that did not get caught in the pressure-test (we found out about it the very evening that we brought the trailer home) and the Service Department was quick to resolve the issue. From our salesman to the staff that familiarized us with the trailer to the service representative that I was working with, and even the guy behind the counter at the store (I wound up substantially upgrading a purchase because I felt that I could trust his advice)... the people at General went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied and were informed about the products or services that they were addressing with us.

Our salesman was professional, helpful, and top notch. everything went without a hitch until after…read morethe purchase was made. Then we had to deal with the service department. Our purchase was made November of 2025, and we have yet to travel with it. To begin with the 2 hour demo was a waste of time. The employee continually told us he didn't know how things worked in our RV because it wasn't like his. After 20 minutes of this, the 'demo' was stopped Because it was a waste of time, and not helpful. So, on to service to get a recall done, and the things that we pointed out to our salesman. To this day the recall isn't done because they don't have the part. They claim it hasn't been released by the Winnebago, and they also claim that it has been sent, but they have no tracking. So, really not quite sure of the reason. Also, the broken passenger seat won't be fixed because the salesman forgot to write it on the purchase paper. None of the latches on the doors outside are working correctly, one is broken, and it will be fixed at our expense of over $300. Had the demo gone according to plan, these latches would have been tested then. There are now two recalls, a broken latch, and stuck latches on the rest of the doors. We are 8 months into this, with 3 useless appointments where we took the RV for repairs that they claimed they had the parts for it, but they actually didn't, many talks with the service department manger, and a call to corporate that assured us action would be taken. We are now in July, summer half over, with a beautiful RV sitting in storage, and we are making payments each month for something we are not able to use because the one recall makes it not safe to drive until it is fixed. The day of purchase we were assured that recall would be done in the next couple of weeks. I guess 8, going on 9 months, seems reasonable to folks not needing it done. We do not recommend this place, unless you are able to get the parts and service your camper yourself.
