Neither the GM Greg Whitfield or Sales Manager Scott Holcomb were interested in reaching a resolution. We have had our trailer for only a few months and it is literally falling apart. The manufacturers tack welded most of the components together and therefore the trailer can not withstand the weight of heavy equipment. I wish that I had done more research before investing so much money into a low grade product. When I took the trailer back to TrailersPlus for repairs they gave us the runaround and made it very obvious that they were not interested in assisting us.
