They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

When I tried to resolve this with the owner (Sergio) he condescendingly asked "if I understood what taxes were" even though the taxes only account for a small fraction of the overcharge. The most disturbing issue is that the entire repair would have been covered at the dealership at no charge. This means the shop either 1) doesn't know which repairs are covered under warranties and recalls or 2) intentionally didn't disclose information that would have saved me thousands of dollars. An employee mentioned they've "conducted this exact repair before", which implies they knew about the warranty/recall. I bear responsibility for learning too late this repair could have been addressed elsewhere for free. However, whether they are 1) innocent but incompetent, or 2) unethical, means you should go elsewhere for repairs.

I selected this business based on reviews online recently. The other drivers insurance paid for…read moremy repair and the process to schedule the work was very simple. I worked with Sabrina over the phone and brought my Subaru in on a Tuesday. The insurance company also paid for a rental car which was right across the street! I also learned I could just drop off and leave the rental car here when the work was completed on my car and was picked up. I had a call from Justin in the shop the next day with a progress update. All going well and additional work was already approved by the insurance claim Adjuster. My concern was with the 'EyeSight' feature as the front end boo-boo may have effected the stereo cameras on the Subaru and disabled the cruise control, lane adjustment, etc. Justin was aware and confident a system refresh would get them working again (which he was 100% correct about) Saturday morning I received my second call from Justin that my vehicle was ready. I confirmed I would be over in the afternoon to retrieve it. All went perfect! Very efficient operation they are running here.
