They do a good job for a fair price and leave things cleaned up when they leave. They even cleaned up my tall palm tree at no extra cost every year, which is so appreciated. Don is a native Houstonian who grew up in Spring Branch and now. lives in the Katy/Cypress area. He's a hard worker, prompt, kind and courteous. He always makes sure we're happy upon completion. I always go out for at least one other bid, but Don has always beat the other bid. So long as his price stays consistent like his work, I'll be using him for my tree trimmings from now til dead! P.S. Jose and Leticia definitely passed the vibe check so in addition to having them initially work on our drainage and side yard projects, we entrusted them with a revamp of the front and back yards. I'll post about the sides and front later but for now, the back yard turned out awesome. We went with removing the grass and regrading the yard, adding artificial turf and river rocks. We were also able to reuse our existing decorations and front yard shrubs and integrate them nicely. The team worked hard in the heat and rain to bring our vision to reality.
