This is my second year at Campus Edge because they seem the be a lot cheaper than other campus apartments, however, I'd like the make one thing clear, Campus Edge is not student housing.... Literally anyone willing to sign a lease and pay rent they'll let move in. With that being said, I was new to Arlington because I was a freshman and I had to do the randomized roommates which is a joke because they literally just threw me in a room with two other black girls that shared nothing in common, not even close in age. It peeved me because your roommates are the people you see all the time and knowing that they're 4 years older than me with nothing in common it was just weird being around them. But alas, it could be worse right?? Fast forward to 2025 this month, a water leak happened on the 4th floor that leaked all into me and my new roommates walls, which has led to construction. In the email they sent out they just made it seem like it was gonna be a quick fix, the leasing manager DEANNA WALLACE did not mention that it was going to be a 3 WEEK job, not anywhere in that email did she say that. So today when I came out of my room around 10 am I found a man sitting on our couch so obviously I was confused because he didn't mention who he was or why he was there. I text my roommates telling them about it and turns out it was just a worker escorting the vendors, which could have been helpful to address when I first walked out, especially in an apartment full of girls. Then I go about my day studying and then I'm hearing drilling, banging, all types of loud noise and I get upset because I have midterms coming up and I can't focus when there's literal construction going on in the common area. Then my roommates ended up leaving because we were t able to get to the fridge and make any type of food whatsoever, we had to eat out, which not everyone has the money for! By this point I'm upset because we didn't even know there was going to be construction again, so I called the front office and asked to speak to Deanna, and they didn't, they always the "is there anything I can help you with" which like no I'm asking yk speak to a MANAGER!! But I just told the worker what happened and she gave me a half-assed answer like "the vendors should be out by 5, just ask them if you can move stuff around" which isn't very helpful. So I get even more frustrated because this is ridiculous and I call my mom and she merges the call we get in the phone with some other manager that isn't Deanna, I think her name is Jasmine or whatever, but she's already pissed and has an attitude with me and my mother. I tell her simply me and my roommates want to be compensated for not being able tinuse our apartment properly, the very first construction issue made the whole apartment loud and extremely hot, it literally git up to 80 degrees in the room, and my other roommate in A was not even able to sleep in her room for days, and we were never told when all this stuff would be out the apartment, like it was so loud to the point where we couldn't even here each other, and all the machines were in the way of the pots and pans, so we weren't able to cook. But they told us that we can't get compensation or money off our rent because it's a "mandatory repair", a repair that me and my roommates had NOTHING to do with, instead the only thing they offered was to transfer units for the following three weeks until repairs are done, which is even MORE of a hassle. This has been the worst customer service and management I've ever seen. Do not come here ! read more

If I was able to give less than 0 stars, I moved out of Campus Edge on UTA BLVD at the beginning of October after transferring my lease to a new tenant. Despite this, they charged me the full rent for October and even automatically withdrew the money from my bank account without my consent! They revoked my access to the resident portal once the new tenant signed the lease, so I couldn't even remove my payment information. I agreed to pay the relet fee of $300, but being charged for the entire month of October when I no longer lived there is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the conditions were awful, which is why I left. The elevators are a joke--there are only two for the entire building, one is always off, and the other breaks down constantly. As someone with back pain, I had to use the stairs way too often. I reported this multiple times, but nothing was done. Also, the ethernet port in my room was broken the entire time I lived there. I filed complaints and even contacted their ISP, but it never got fixed, which made it nearly impossible to do my schoolwork as an IT major. Campus Edge is unresponsive and disorganized. They make it incredibly difficult to live there and then overcharge you when you leave. Avoid this place! read more

I have been back home for the summer but still paid my rent because of the terms and conditions and I just had to REPAY a payment that WENT THROUGH INITIALLY but their system is so stupid and backwards that they didn't process this payment first but rather the rent, so they issued a refund and claimed "insufficient" funds and then decided to put an additional THIRTY dollars to pay on top and since my autopay is now done since my lease is done, I had to pay on top of that 20 dollars as a fee!!!! This place is full of scammers and you should take your hard earned money elsewhere. I had an overall decent experience at this apartment. I lived at this complex in a four bedroom for two full years, from August 2014 - May 2016, paid $599 for 2 yrs because I snatched a 20 spot special. This review is going to be hella long and thorough so it'll be divided into sections... 1. Safety and accesibility. I personally didn't have any incidents at this apartment thankfully. I will warn you, however, that the Kerby Apartments to the east side of Campus Edge has some sketchy individuals so just "be vigilant," as you would anywhere else. The garage door breaks like every month or so. There are no walkway connections from the garage floors to the apartment floors (down flights of stairs and elevator to apt). The third floor has no cover. They are starting to gouge residents by charging for "premium parking spaces" on the first floor. CE to Business Bldg is exactly 16 minute walk, .76 miles. CE to Central Library 10 minutes. Closest library is Architecture. 2. Study environment. There is a desk and chair in your room. WiFi is included in the price! Slow every now and then around 11pm (college Netflix hour). 3. Overall apartment features. Granite counter tops, dark wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher. Plenty of cabinetry. The electric stove sucks, but not like you can trust college kids with gas. You have a stacking washer and dryer, not as fancy as the one in the model but does the job. The furniture is black metal and there is a tan, vinyl, customizable sectional. You have 4 kitchen bar stools in lieu of a dining table. Patios and ceiling fans included. USB charging outlets in kitchen and bedroom. Bring curtains! BR has a lock. Apt gym is nice. 4. Apartment mgmt. Maintenance is pretty solid and responsive, but you might have to remind them a few times. I only saw 2 roaches my entire time there and had a pest guy come out the next day! The pool is closed A LOT. The garage and stairwells aren't cleaned as often as they should be. The apartment has no recycling bin...it was closer for me to use the UTA recycling bin and dumpster. We've had 2 incidents of fire alarms going off at 3 or 4 in the morning for an hour straight. 5. What sucked. I found absolutely NOTHING clean in my bedroom or common area when I moved in. Hair tumbleweeds, brown sticky goop, makeup on counter, and sequins to say the least. I appreciate how you don't have to pay a security deposit BUT I got charged $76 as cleaning fees when I moved out despite throughly cleaning before leaving. [Still not as bad as my RM who had to pay $150.] Rent increases of $20 each year. Electric overages of $5 - $20 every month. read more

RACIST AND RUDE PROPERTY MANAGER I've been living at Campus Edge for about a year and a half and I've never really had any issues during my lease, the ONLY issues I have had all were with Emanuel Bucio, the General Property Manager. I have had 3 uncomfortable and off putting interactions with him the most recent being unnecessarily and unfairly fined for a pet I have no possession of because he noticed a friend of mine (that did not have a lease) on the premises with a dog! He is very inappropriate and extremely rude!!! So much so that I've talked with the police, my family lawyer, filed a complaint with customer service AND switched my lease over to another apartment complex close enough to UTA!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE if you are a person of color AND a woman who wants to be respected in their temporary home!!! read more

Had the worst experience living in this apartment. They give a bunch of shit roommates who act aggressively and talk like from the hood. The whole building smells like weed and cigarettes, including the apartments. Management is so slow and bad, especially General Manager Emanuel Bucio. The dude's a complete asshole. And to top all of that off they charge you huge amounts of extra fees with the rent. read more

Not too happy as my daughters apartment is NOTHING like the model with were showed. It's a lot smaller than we were lead to believe. So far we have some issues in the apartment with shower not working so we will see if it gets fixed. DO NOT LIVE HERE There are three problems with this place. Management, customer service, and maintenance. Let's talk about the maintenance. They are not the biggest issue in all honesty. The guys do a pretty good job here. I have had a few instances though where it took multiple attempts for an issue to get fixed. My first year living at Campus Edge, the air conditioner broke and my roommate and I tried to get it fixed multiple times. It took over a month for it to finally get fixed. But that isn't the main issue, the main issue is that the maintenance doesn't work on the weekends. Yes, they deserve a break BUT, if something breaks over the weekend then we have to wait until Monday for it to get fixed. That's not a good thing. Some things can wait but others can't, like a broken toilet. If it breaks over the weekend, then sorry, it's broken until Monday. This is a problem for all the residents paying money to live here since they can't afford to live on campus or in a good apartment complex. Customer service was frustrating. I have had some good instances but some were terrible or they didn't do anything. My previous roommate told me this story, when she went down to the front desk to ask about the air conditioner, the people at the front desk looked at her as if she interrupted their conversation. Another instance is when I went down there to tell them about a roach issue, they just said, "Well, the exterminator was already here. So, it should be fine." (It wasn't) but the next time I went down there nothing was still done. In fact, they didn't even take down my information or my room number as they should have done. Don't even get me started on the management it because ALL the issues come from here. A bit of contact, when living here, you get a key that gets you in the building and your apartment. One of the entrances broke so I went to the front desk to get it fixed. Nothing was done. For FIVE MONTHS, nothing was done. So, I sent an email to the manager about it and that day, he fixed it. Even though he was told by the front desk that multiple residents complained about it. I was so annoyed. This one last one, I won't do all of them because this review would be way too long, is what made me want to move out and give this place it's one-star review. So, there are a few elevators here for you to use. The one that was closest to my apartment was broken... for five to six months. There was no apology, no email, and no compensation for the broken elevator. I talked to a guy who had to walk up the stairs to the fourth floor after his ACL surgery. The management in this place is terrible and it's the sole reason I don't recommend living here. The management here is complete garbage. I have more issues but these were the ones that pissed me off the most. This last one is something that I know all the residents agree with. The trash sucks ass here. There is one trash can that gets full over the weekend and piles up so it starts to smell and it will attract pests. This is something that NEVER improved in the time I have lived there and I'm sure that nothing has still changed. read more

To be honest I didn't mind it until they decided to fine my roommates and I for two trash bags we had out for maybe two hours while we were cleaning the apartment. I've lived here for almost 2 years and the amount of issues that go unaddressed by management is ridiculous. In the past month the power has gone out twice for a long period of time and the fire alarms are triggered by no response from the fire department. it would be one thing if these issues were addressed by management with some sort of explanation but they aren't. There is no communication between management and residents unless there is an apartment wide maintenance issue being fixed which is rare. For the rising rent to stay here I think it would be better to find housing at the other properties close to UTA's campus and i won't be renewing my lease in the future. read more

Choosing to live at Campus Edge was the worst decision I've made in my college experience thus far. Let me start from my first bad experience with this complex--the day I moved in last August, almost everything in my unit was broken. The garbage disposal would not run, and had an half of an eaten chicken breast sitting in the sink (God knows how long that was there), the washing machine was broken and did not get fixed until 3 weeks later, the ice machine in the freezer was broken and is still not fixed, and my personal room was very unclean (I'm talking piles of leftover hair from the previous renter, stains left on the toilet and sink, and more). Now here I am, about half a year later and literally nothing has changed. For almost every thing that's broken, I've had to contact the office at least three times before something was fixed. As of right now, I've had an obnoxiously loud water dehumidifier in my unit due to a pipe above us breaking, and filling our apartment with water. While this pipe broke almost 2 weeks ago it is still not fixed, and I am still having to listen to the dehumidifier 24/7. Aside from the obnoxious amount of things breaking (which is not worth paying over $600 in rent each month when everything breaks so often), the outside of the complex is disgusting. Dog poop is everywhere. The trash often overflows the garbage bin, which happens to be placed inside of the parking garage. I have pictures where garbage completely filled the bin and made a trash pile at least 4 feet high and taking up the space of the two parking spots beside it. The smell, the amount of gnats and flies...not a pretty sight. Nothing was worse than walking home after a long day in class to be welcomed with the smell of old garbage and the swarm of gnats that you had to walk through. (By the way, this pile was there for a little over 2 weeks). If you are thinking about living here, I strongly advise that you don't. Nothing about this apartment is worth the price of rent, nor is it worth the frustrations one has to go through in order to have a livable environment. UPDATE: my apartment is flooding AGAIN for the second time this month. Campus Edge has no concern for the mold that is going to form in my unit as well as fixing their things in a timely manner. This apartment is so terrible - I cannot stress this enough. No matter the price, do yourself a favor and find somewhere better. I've already chosen not to renew here because my one year living here (still a few more months to go) has already been too much. Constant parties, people running around the halls at 2 AM yelling, etc. Constant need to send in work orders for the same thing at least once a week. Pretending like a problem is fixed when it hasn't. Temporary fixes to keep you satisfied for a few days. Getting charged extra for electricity during a month where no one was home/only home for a few days. And this overcharge was the most we've received. Rooms were not cleaned upon moving in. There were still water stains on the shower head, not even a basic wipe down. Leftovers from past roommates just build up and you are left to dispose of their belongings on your own. I understand that there is no security deposit, but you would think they would like to keep a nice/decent image for themselves. Overall, horrible experience. I've told as many people as I can already not to come here and that on-campus apartments would be better. Do not waste your money. read more

This place still sucks. I sent in my check for my last bill that was due and it was sent back to me. It takes them months to return an email or call. They advertise on their emails to residents that they will give a gift card for a review, insinuating that it must be a good review. There reviews are low because they fail to actually do anything. I don't even live in Texas anymore and I'll be the first to tell UTA students to steer away from there. There are various options now and they know that the only way they can up their reviews and beat competition is by lying. So remember that when you see all these five star reviews that the majority of them are false. Some are posted by actual employees. read more

Mind you, me and my roommates has this problem about a month ago as well. If you're looking to live somewhere that is not at all maintained then this is your place. I don't know where to start, these apartments are glorious for their roach infestations, constant trash everyone, and elevators never working. This establishment is poorly managed and the staff ignore all problems unless they can find something to charge you extra for. We've been threatened to be charged extra multiple times for leaving a trash bag out on the balcony over night so we can get it to the dumpster in the morning while campus edge allows loads of trash to be dumped all over the place. The staircases are extremely disgusting and now infested with flies there is really just no reason why this establishment should still be open. When first moved in, my washer dryer, dishwasher, AND microwave all didn't work and it took about a month until maintenance was finally sent over. Washer still gives off a disgusting smell, refrigerator light has not worked all year and the pool has never been cleaned. Sign a lease here at your own risk but I promise there are better apartments for almost the same price in Arlington. read more

Loved touring the place! I really liked the pool area and clubhouse. The apartments look great also and the people were nice and friendly.

I took a tour of the apartment and signed my lease today. The inside looked nice, and I like the idea of having my own bathroom. I am tired of living in the dorms near campus because the meal plans are overpriced. The bedrooms were a decent size, and the kitchen was very nice - I do not have one where I am living. I have read reviews about there being noise complaints or sanitary issues, but I mean, it's college. I'm quiet, so I don't mind wearing headphones to block out noise if there is any. I have already heard about the cleaning charges upon moveout, as well, but I compulsively clean, so I expect to clean my room before I move in and after I move out. The amenities are nice. The gym looked great, and I am excited to use it because the MAC is too far from my dorm for me to get up and go early in the morning. I got a special for this spot, so I will be paying $609 per installment. The in-unit washer/dryer will be a big help. The only concern I have is the charge of electricity being split between all the roommates if it runs over. The rent is cheap, however, so it will not be an issue. I am happy that I got a good value on the place, especially when other apartments such as Liv+ and 848 Mitchell are more pricey. The management who gave me a tour and helped me our were absolutely friendly. I look forward to living here next year. read more

Moved in Aug 2014. I signed a year lease (the only length of time available) for a 4 bedroom. I got lucky with my roommates. They're quiet and really sweet. But there are ALWAYS parties in the complex and it gets really loud. Just look on Yik Yak and you'll see at least 5 parties every weekend. The parking is a far walk, no matter where your apartment is. Getting around is very inconvenient (especially if you are disabled, like myself.) Maintenance is nice and quick to respond to calls. Pool is amazing. For the price you pay, it's an OK deal. I just wish they had 1 bedrooms and I wish the parking was better. Sounds like a minuscule thing, but it gets annoying walking so far all the time. I am NOT renewing my lease here. read more

Update on 9/10/18 after moved out My one star rating still stands! I just received a bill for $209 for charges for cleaning and a damaged bar stool. This is crap because like I said before, her room was not cleaned and the apartment was not inspected prior to her move in which we brought to the attention of the office staff when we got the keys. Place to live, check. Everything else, box empty. :( Service requests will take forever, maintenance is quicker when you just fix things yourself or meet the maintenance and janitorial staff and ask them personally, which is not my job as a resident! My A/C has been out since september and they placed a window a/c unit in the living room but did not lower the rent even though that is NOT central heating and cooling. Wifi Internet is not always fast and somedays just doesnt work, bring an ethernet cable or two. Elevators are constantly out of order, have trash on them or animal waste. The stairs ALWAYS smell and if someone throws trash in the stairs expect it to sit there for almost a week, no matter what it is, pee, throw up, food, trash bags, etc. If you move in with someone who's been living there, dont expect new furniture, even if pets have been there. Apparently there are fees in the lease which can be "priced according to the situation" and are not standard fees, so i got charged $500 for trash bags that i put on the street curb where the city picks it up instead of the dumpster, even though I have one of the furthest apartments from the dumpster and the city still picked up the trash, because "it wasnt placed in the specified area" but there is always trash sitting around the apartment complex. Most of the cameras, and they're only on the first floor, only by 3 out of the 5 entrances, do not work around the property except in the office or garage so if someone breaks in your apartment, there's barely anything to be done because management and police can only go off your word so nothing will happen except moving rooms. Every employee seems to have a nice personality but the service and fees they represent are ridiculously below par. read more

His fire alarm will randomly start beeping and has talked to management numerous times about the problem and it has yet to be fixed. I lived at Campus Edge from August to March, with my lease ending in May, and I had a lot of bad experiences. First of all, for basically the whole 7 months I lived here, none of the doors from the outside of the building properly locked, and could just be opened by anyone. One door with a key scanner didn't even work, which led to the stairwell door being broken open so people could get in that door instead of having to walk all the way around the building. The stair door was changed so it would not open from the outside, but no one fixed the locks until May. Another negative factor was the dumpster. There was only one dumpster in the whole building, which is over 120 units. That should automatically be seen as a problem. In between each cycle of the dumpster being emptied, trash would be pilled up so high, it went into the 2 parking spots next to the dumpster, and it smelled horrible and stunk up the whole garage. There should have been more than one dumpster placed around the whole complex for more convenience for residents. The state of the hallways, stairwells, and elevators was also a big problem that I noticed. There were constantly spills, stains, and trash everywhere in the hallways. Whether it was trashbags overflowing and spilling down the stairs, or literal puke on the floor in the hallways, it was always gross. Also, the elevator on the south side of the building was awful. It was extremely slow, and sometimes it stopped working and no one would work on it. I lived on the 4th floor, and at one point the elevator broke and didn't work for 2 weeks before it was fixed. It was a pain to have to carry school stuff or groceries up 4 flights of stairs. We would also get woken up early in the morning to the maintenance guys banging on the door so loud for 5 minutes straight, which always scared the life out of my roommate's dog. The worst part about CE for me was the random fees that I was charged EVERY MONTH. Every now and then, my 2 roommates and I would get a slip saying we owed less than $10 for going over on our electricity, but that didn't explain the $20-$30 that I was always getting charged. Even when we asked what that fee was for, we got no explanation and still had to pay it every time, which was absolutely ridiculous. If you want to save your money and not get charged randomly, I would suggest looking elsewhere. read more

Daughter lived here while attending college. When she moved out we were charged for them to replace the sofa. They were replacing the sofas in all the units and this is not a charge that should be passed on to the residents. You pay for a furnished apartment and that should be in the monthly rent. Also, I don't think you can charge for a replacement unless the original was damaged, missing, etc. I have tried to follow their instructions to dispute their charges, but they have not called back or responded to certified letter sent. I will probably have to take them to court to get them to remove the charges from debt collections. read more

I'm just going to start out by saying this... I had to download this app JUST so I could tell people to stay away from this place. The maintenance is.. just bad overall. I've lived here for about three or so years now, and I have to admit that it was out of necessity. I'm currently writing this review at 2:37 in the morning while the fire alarm is blaring into my ears. Unfortunately this has been a common problem here, along with roaches, amenities breaking down for long periods of time, having the AC broken for months at a time because the maintenance practically refuses to do anything about it, and their communication skills are poor. They will say that a work order has been completed when it's obvious that they looked at it and just left it alone. Let's see what else... the halls/stairwells smell like cigarettes and cannabis 24/7, the parking garage entrance is almost always broken which is a blessing in disguise, because they took off the gate code for company to come over, so if you have visitors they either have to wait for you to come down and push a button to open the gate, or they have to wait for someone to drive up to the gate for it to open. And if you're trying to leave, you have to maneuver your car for the sensor to see you, or else the gate won't open and you have to back your car up and try again. Also, the walls are like paper thin, and I do mean paper thin. I have a piece of my wall missing from the previous tenant, and I recorded that I had said hole in my wall when I moved in. They didn't do anything about it. The water pressure is pretty bad, and the water never gets hot enough. The gym is nice for what it's worth, but only two of the treadmills actually work well, and the others are either dead or slide off the track under your feet when you try to walk on them. The pool stinks. Like, it smells sour/salty almost all the time. The hot tub is nice when it's running. They also haven't fixed things in the walkways that were a problem when the big freeze happened earlier this year. It's almost comical how they want to put on new locks and install these insanely huge speed bumps while they have a printer that doesn't print, servers that don't run, and infrastructural insecurities. It's like they've taken a piece of dog feces that litter the outsides and tried to pass it off as gold by burnishing glitter into it. I also have friends who have had faulty amenities and they also have not been helped. And the WiFi is just trash. I have a PS4 in the living room that I use for basically all my streaming needs, but it's kind of hard to stream when I get kicked off of everything for not having a good enough connection. I sat on the line with their tech service to have it resolved... it wasn't, and I don't think it will be resolved. If only management spent more time worrying about our needs than our money. I swear to god the ONLY praise that I can give is to the wonderful ladies who work at the front desk! They are so sweet and personable. If nothing else, they would be the only reason as to why I would stay. But unfortunately, I am done being stuck here. I don't plan on renewing, and I'm writing this as my farewell notice. read more

Don't live here. Trust all the other horrible reviews. Manager is never here, never returns calls or emails, doesn't care as long as you pay your rent. Front office gets nothing done, steals packages, and most of them are rude. I loved my time at Campus Edge. The amenities are really nice - especially the gym. There was no reason to attend the MAC which is good, because it was always packed. Management was friendly and maintenance was fast. And i loved that there was a parking garage. read more

Do not live here, do yourself a favor and live at Midtown or The Arlie. This place looks nice on the outside and when they give you tours, but upon moving in you realize nothing works. Even the pool. The pool gates have been dead bolted and locked for over 5 months, it is purely for show at this point. They claim it's a "filter problem" but it does not take that long to get a filter problem fixed. Since the gates are locked, residents can't use the grills (which have never worked anyway) nor the outside seating. Just for show. Washers, dryers, dishwashers and the refrigerators are falling apart and do a horrible job. Complete waste of money. read more

Live anywhere else but here. Its outdated, the floors were disgusting upon move in, half the staff could care less about their job to help you with anything, and upon moving out expect a couple hundred dollars in "repairs" that aren't even your fault. They decided to change out the mattress (which was already stained with God knows what) yet they never replaced it until I moved out. Well, I am disputing not only a $70 mattress replacement but 130 dollars worth of ridiculous charges that are childish. The pool is closed just about every other day it would seem and doesnt open for weeks at a time. Even the staff knows nothing about it besides "oh yeah, its closed lawl." Unless you like to walk the halls filled with trash, spilled liquid garbage, and the all too often puke piles from last night's party (even on weekdays) don't even think to consider this place. 2 years of living with neighbors louder than your drunken Uncle's rant about the failing economy, I have to say its some of the worst living situations. Call it bad luck but when you can hear the neighbors BELOW you, its hard to sleep, study, or get anything done. People, this is no joke, avoid at all costs if you want to stay sane. Sure, you can flag this review as overzealous or over the top. Maybe it is, but then again maybe it isn't. Sure the first 3-4 months were fine to live there, but then it starts to show its real colors. So those of you who choose to risk it, just keep in mind that you may want to be sure you have an extra 200-300 dollars left over to pay for their bulls**t charges when you move out. read more

This is a sespool of drugs, crime, and students that don't go to UTA. The hallways were covered in puke, my appliances frequently broke when I lived there and they weren't fixed (this included the AC in August when I moved in). Worst of all they do not let you end your lease like they promise that they will when you move in. You are literally on the hook with this place for a year with no option to re-let. Do yourself a favor and go rent an apartment for the same price. read more

Management is horrible. They try to make money off of you anyway they can. They charged me and my roommates $250 for having a guest over for 2 nights. Also, moving in the room was a mess, but that didn't stop them from charging me $150 in cleaning fees when I moved out even after I thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed the apartment. I have lived in the same apartment here going on my second year. I have brought up lack of safety and security to the front desk on a few occasions and nothing has been solved. the perimeter doors on Kerby Lane do not lock and some do not have handles and I was once followed into the building by a stranger. I was told they were still waiting on shipping when this has been a problem since I moved in Fall of 2018. The gates to the garage are often broken then rarely remained fixed. The other residents that live here are not considerate when they trash elevators and let their animals defecate in the hallways along with their trash. There was once human feces in the stairwell I often use. The staff is often friendly, but nothing gets done. My apartment has bedbugs and a supposed to be new roommate ordered the unit to be sprayed. I happened to be home all day that they were supposed to come in (not knowing anyone would be coming in) and nobody showed up. Maintenance requests, wifi, and rent portals are all through different websites which is frustrating. I don't even stay at my own room anymore because I don't feel safe nor clean in my bedbug ridden unit. read more

this place is fine if you need somewhere cheap to stay near campus, but after living here for two years i have to agree with all of the reviews. i have seen vomit and urine in the hallways and stairwells at least once a week. its a pain to have to walk all the way to the garbage area by the gate to throw your trash away. if you live anywhere near a weed smoker, your entire unit will reek of weed. i had to convince my dad that i'm not the one smoking it when he came to visit lmaooo. walls are thin, pretty sure my upstairs neighbor tap dances or something too. kinda regret renewing. but again, it'll work if you're looking for a cheap living arrangement. also beware, they charge you for going over your electricity limit, and my roommates and i tried EVERYTHING to stop getting charged. like we literally never had the lights on for a while and stuff like that, and we still somehow went over. also, pool is never open when they said it would be so i don't appreciate that. but yeah that's all. read more

Great housing for UTA students. Nice and clean apartment complex. I have never had any problems with ants or any other type of bugs. The kitchen appliances are very nice and efficient. My roommates are great and the lounge area is very convenient when I need to use a computer or need to print something off. I would recommend this place to all of my friends. read more
