A very nice & new development with a hotel and shops on same property, renovation still going on vacant spots for lease. I encounter no problems when we entered and exit the premises, also finding parking was simple. Melrose Square is in Carlsbad, Vista area, in the back of residential. Some of the businesses that I passed by are JunMai Sushi Bar & Grill Alohana Acai Melrose Wine & Spirits, Leucadia Pizzeria, Starbucks, w/drive thru, The Original Mr. Taco, Hungry Bear Deli, Revive Nails & Spa The Starbucks here gets pretty busy, gets most of the traffic esp. with drive thru. Great shops and great area, community focused complex for dining options for us visitors and locals! Check it out, Melrose Square!
