The main theatre screen is the main event here, as it has been restored to its old glory; thanks to new owners about a decade ago. It's a huge screen surrounded by art deco fixtures. The seats are comfy enough, even if they may not appear to be the cleanest. The two other theaters are rather generic boxes, the kind you'd find most anywhere else, with smaller screens. You can't beat the prices for a first-run flick: $6/adults, $5/seniors. And those are for the prime time evening shows! Wow! Concession prices are great too: $5 for a refillable barrel of popcorn! If you're ever in Lock Haven, this is a must-see! I'll give it 5 stars, for the pricing and the unique environment. Hands down, this is my family's go-to place to catch the latest blockbuster.

In NJ we had a few in South Jersey but they closed decades ago becuz of the huge multiplexes. I heard about this place and wanted so badly to check it out. Now if u live where I do or close to the Philly area it's about a 2 hour and a half . But it's def worth the trip. It would be cool, for a family and kids as kids r free 11 and under which is a big savings $$$$$. They have your drive in which late last year in August the price $8 a person . U can't beat it . My girlfriend and her kids and I left early to get there by dusk .Get there early so u can get a good place since u r outside with this massive screen . Plus, I would recommend to bring goodies we had a cooler for drinks and brought snacks and hoagies. But they have a place where they sell the usual movie eats like popcorn, ice cream, hotdogs, corn dogs, drinks. The great thing is it is kinda nostalgic since I remember them in my early teens. And it's so cool to be outside instead of inside a theater and watch several movies for one price. They run the current movies and I also checked out the Midway's snack center which most where with kids buying drinks , popcorn ,,and candy. If you don't mind driving a couple hours, it is worth the trip. I had a blast It was just so much fun . The snacks and food are affordably priced compared to most every other theater. They even serve draft beer and wine! The theater is always clean and tidy. In addition to movies they also do plays and musicals. If you're looking for a great family day at the movies "like when we were kids", this stop can't be missed. It's the home town theater every hometown should have! It is well worth the 30 minute drive from Harrisburg. Do yourself a favor and support the amazing local theater!
