We have moved to Arizona and needed new Doctors. Spent hours trying to find Doctors that I would…read morelike to see. We are extremely happy with Dr. Mohindra and his team. I have a joint problem that he is helping me navigate through. Coming from the excellent medical community in Houston I was concerned about medical care. Dr. Mohindra and his team have proven to be a first rate group and I am very happy that he is our Doctor.

I did a review after first attending this practice. First impression was outstanding. The support…read morestaff, and Dr Mohindra were attentive, caring and responsive. I wish I could have stayed there, however two things took place shortly after my initial visit, that created major red flags. On the first visit with Dr mohindra, I had casually mentioned interest in a glp-1 like zepbound. He said "I will order it; it's $500, just so you know. I said "no, let's wait, I want to do the research as this is all very new to me. And very expensive. Also, I had been hearing that if you might have issues with thyroid or neuro endocrine tumors, then glp ones were off the radar. Well I have those two conditions that were in the process of tests being run, due to concerns in those areas. So a good call, on my part, to wait. When I returned to Dr mohindra for the follow-up from all my initial & quite extensive lab work, he shocked me by angrily accosting me and accused me of blowing off the order for Zepbound (or the similar glp medication) and how "I had cost his office money because they had processed it and I never picked it up!" Whoa. Very unprofessional. Completely out in left field, and to make matters worse, then he never completed going over all my initial new patient lab work with me. I had no idea what the results were because he angrily walked out of the office! So pleasant at the first visit, so shockingly rude and unprofessional at the second. Jekyll and Hyde. In the meantime I had told lots of people about how impressed I was at the FIRST visit to serve MD. I wasn't surprised when a friend who is extremely intelligent and has worked her whole career in the medical field, told me that after I had recommended him to her after my first visit, she had checked him out with the medical board. She informed me that he had several blemishes on his record for one thing or another and that she would not be going to him. Well I informed her that I was no longer seeing him either. Just FYI, anyone who would behave like this and call himself a doctor, not to mention the negligence of not checking out more about my medical history before he quickly ordered a glp 1 that could have been contraindicated due to my history. Wow. I can see why he has had some reprimands from the medical board. So be careful! There are some "loose cannon" practitioners in this community who are getting away with some very bad & unprofessional behavior. Heads up. Here is one of them.
