The part…read morewas hard to get, but they had it by early next morning and had the work done on time as promised, and the air is blowing cold. Oil change to take care of leaking filter from another shop, no more oil on the driveway. So I am very happy. I would only comment that I was quoted a pretty high price to replace air filter and cabin filter, both of which are 5 minute jobs, and I was able to get the filters on Amazon next day and installed. But if you aren't comfortable doing that, it may be worth paying someone if you can't get help. May vary depending on vehicle, but my were easy to do. I also appreciated the inspection report, which was thorough and unlike a competitor who told me that my brakes were metal on metal and needed immediate attention, Brake World informed me they have lots of wear left. So when I get to that point, I know where I am going to get them done. After almost 5 years in the area, I feel like I finally have a permanent shop to take my car to.

So I only paid $40 for them to go pick it up & then put it in. They didn't charge me for diagnosing I'm assuming because I've had a lot of issues with this car & I've been there a few times. They did an oil change for cheap! They also fixed my heat button stuck on ON in my car for free. I'm definitely down on my luck lately & They are just very good people. They don't take advantage of you like a lot of these other car repair places, No gibberish if you know what I mean. They seem very honest which is hard to find.

The woman who worked behind the desk and the automotive technician (owner?) who I believe is her father were both professional and very kind. I waited outside of the building because the waiting room was rather small, and I wanted to maintain social distancing. The gentleman I assume is the owner even brought a chair out to me while I was waiting outside in the shade. It was very nice of him. My oil change went well, and my car is running great. They took care of me promptly at my appointment time. The gentleman who did the oil change also told me about some possible problems that might arise with my car in the future that he suggested that I get fixed before my next oil change. My only concern is that neither the owner/mechanic or the woman working behind the front desk were wearing masks. I believe I got my oil changed on 6/22/2020 just before masks became mandatory in Palm Beach County, but it still made me uncomfortable. I really wish everybody would wear masks to try to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19. It especially made me uneasy to think of someone in my car without a mask on. In spite of the mask issue, I still received highly competent service, and I appreciated the help.

I was recommended them by a friend and I will never bring my car anywhere else for alignment ever. I brought my Lexus in for an alignment because my front tire had some cupping on it. I dropped it off at Weber and after about an hour I got a call back from them saying that they couldn't charge me because the alignment was spot on. Any other shop would have charged me for nothing.
