If you need gear for the cold and are only a casual hiker: this is the place to go. You pay the big bucks for cold weather gear that is light and breathable (if you need this, go to AMH), but if you just need cold gear for short hikes, or walking around town, or working outside: this is the place. I was impressed by how cheap their gloves are. I might start buying my ice climbing gloves here, instead of REI/AMH. If you're an Extratufsexual, you'll have a lot to chose from here.

Jackets/coats galore - and in all sizes. Eddie B. also had a ton of sales going on, up to 70%! Workers were welcoming and efficient. Their workers welcomed us, gave us space, and were there for us once we needed them. Vans sells quality clothing, shoe wear, and accessories. Also skateboards. The Manager (I do not recall her name) was very amazing in assisting the needs of me and my friend, their coworker (I believe Kaiana) but she was ultimately helpful in all aspects! The other coworker was a male with the name starting with a P he was super helpful as well. This was 04/22/22 at 6:30PM and we were there until 7:18PM and they all were very nice and understanding even after they closed at 7:00PM. BUT Circular's clothing and jewelry are so beyond just "better" than what you usually find in Anchorage. I really think it would be my go-to store if I still lived in Seattle or San Diego. It helps that the owner and employees are class acts- knowledgeable and never snotty. Ex: I ordered about 5 dresses from Revolve.com for Christmas parties this season, and none of them worked. I walked into Circular and within a few minutes had 3 excellent options, all of which were less expensive than the dresses I had ordered online. I'm so grateful Anchorage has this wonderful shop.
