For anyone looking for someone to service or make repairs on your snowblower, do NOT, I repeat do NOT hire these people. I reached out inquiring about having someone come look at my snowblower, as after last season the wheels stopped engaging when pulling the trigger. With investigating throughout the internet I knew that it had to be something like a damaged/broken belt that needed to be replaced. They set a date for someone to come look at it, with a price that was set which you can see on their website. Having no issues with this I accepted the date for them to come and there was no issues. Upon arrival they found that the belt was broken and needed to be replaced. They didn't have this belt in stock, so they needed to order it, which is no worries at all, the gentleman told me it should be in by the following week and they can come back out. 190+tax for them to come out and if they can fix it, no extra cost is applied. Considering the belt needed to be replaced, as stated on their website it says 99.00 INCLUDING belt. So before the gentleman left the first time I asked him how much this would be total and he said it'll be about 300+tax in which I replied okay sounds good. After doing the math it made sense no problem at all. After a few days went by I called in and asked if the belt was delivered/when can I expect this to be repaired now. I was told it was in and they would let me know 48 hours in advance when they would be coming to do the work. I also asked once again what the final price would be, as he only gave me an estimate when at my house. As per the site, I communicated with him that it is $190+tax for him to come out, which I already knew, then now an additional $99.00 for the belt replacement. His response was yes, you will be looking at $390+tax, to which I responded "hmm okay" as I didn't want to fight with him on the phone and rather just talk to him in person when he came again. A week later I get a call from the woman who sets the appointments. She said they would be coming the next day between 2-6pm. I asked her now what the final price would be as I knew the price he gave me made no sense, especially after the first meeting at my house. She responded saying she would need to check and she would call me back. I received no call back, and got a call the following afternoon from him saying he would be at my house in 5 minutes have everything ready. Once he completed the work, the price he had us pay was $440. This was ludicrous and made no sense. We were very calm in asking questions to this gentleman about the pricing and showed him his own website. He wanted nothing to do with this conversation, said we are paying for his 25+ years experience and we wouldn't be able to do this ourselves. So unfortunately he stood in our driveway until we paid. I was at work and he was talking to my wife, I overheard on the ring camera and he was being aggressive In the way he was talking. So I called him and he wanted nothing to do with having a conversation with Me. told me he has better things to do with his time and hung up. Followed that with a text telling me to f*** off. Just wanted to make sure no one else goes through this absolutely abysmal unprofessionalism that took place with this company. Needed repair of starter for our boat. The 2 men showed up - ignorant PRs, one with a huge attitude! Unbelievably rude, as if he was doing us some big favour. One watched while the other worked. Left their truck running the whole time they were here because "it's hot out!" Starter now works but they didn't fix anything else so we still can't use it. Did as little work as possible to get their time in and claim their money. We paid way too much for this job. $390 + tx before they even show up then $265 + tx for less than 1 hr work. I had an extremely unsettling experience with this service. I called about a week ago to inquire about getting my snowblower serviced, I heard back last night about their availability for this morning. The technician checked the gas and oil, added something to the fuel tank, and then tipped the snowblower forward. As I was only given a curtesy call 9 minutes prior to arrival, I went inside to get the money to pay him, and my wife informed me that she heard it start. When I returned, I simply asked if he could start it again so I could check to see if it was still making the strange noise that led to it not starting that I initially called about. Instead of addressing my concern, he became defensive, abruptly stating that he drained the gas and got it running, so I should just pay him and let him go. When I asked if I could start it myself to see if the noise persisted, he rudely told to get fresh gas and not use what I had, even though I just bought the gas earlier this week and have not had this issue in the 16 years I have owned this snowblower. Then, he started yelling and berating me, accusing me of "holding him hostage," demanding his payment, and even threatening to disable the snowblower permanently so that I "could never use it again" if I didn't pay him immediately. When I asked about a receipt for the warranty, he vaguely said I had a six-month warranty and should just "call the company." This was an incredibly unprofessional interaction. Instead of answering basic questions and ensuring my issue was fully resolved, he was rude, aggressive, and unwilling to provide proper service. I paid $200 cash so that he would leave although I do not feel as if my service needs were adequately met. The service re my lawnmower machine was disgraceful. Diagnosed the issue without even looking under the hood and charged me $170.00. Still not fixed. Highway robbery. NEVER AGAIN. Do not use this business. I really don't know how this guy stays in business given other reviews. read more

What a joke these guys are. Called to have my snowblower tuned up. The "mechanic" checked the oil and said that it didn't to be changed. He drained the old gas and filled with "new" gas. He also changed the spark plug. He did not adjust the belts, clean the fuel system, or lube anything. It took him 15 minutes to "complete" the service call. He put the snowblower into high gear and almost run into my car. He still charged full price. This was in Kitchener, Ontario. Total scam. Avoid these guys at all costs! read more

I wish I had read the review from Yellow Pages giving this business a ONE STAR (copied below). I paid to get my lawnmower fixed and it was NOT fixed. The guy could not be bothered putting much effort into the job and did the least amount of work possible - I think he spent ten minutes total working on the machine. After twenty minutes, the machine failed. Same problem. Nothing was fixed. He wanted more money to come install a part that he suspected was needed. I already paid for the service and the problem was NOT fixed. The worst part was that he made absolutely no effort to resolve the issue in a friendly manner or to provide any customer service whatsoever. He was not willing to do anything unless he received more money for labour and the suspected part. I can see paying for the part, but I already paid for the service!
