I know they can give out cash under $300. the first person wanted to the cashier key to do it and the next person with her- was like no. I needed the money hence why it was sent and she straight up was not helpful. I had to call Westen union because my transaction was cancelled. the second person called did not explain why she did it - because they would have told her to give the cash. go to a different Walmart - tried again to get it on my card- it wouldn't go- she asked to give me cash- and her associate was like no problem. I understand policy but this second woman at the maple ridge Walmart was straight up rude and unhelpful. I dont spend my times writing reviews unless it's absolutely necessary. she was awful! do not go to customer service there. there are locations in Mission Port Coquitlam and 2 in Coquitlam! avoid this woman like the plague- 20-27 short dark hair glasses and possibly East Indian desent- I did not catch her name just her disdain and attitude!

They also let people in the store without masks on which made my shopping experience feel very unsafe. The other great thing about the Pitt Meadows location is that it isn't usually as busy as others around my 'hood and the staff are generally more pleasant and accomodating than those at the Coquitlam Westwood location. If you are like me, you don't come to Pitt Meadows just for the Winners, but it's a great place to stop in for a little retail therapy if you happen to be catching a flick at Meadowtown Cinemas.

They checked the system and said they don't have any picks at the store. I gave him my information for my order, they called for someone over the PA system then was doing something on their cellphone even though there was a line up of people behind me???????? After 5 minutes or so they finally got off their cellphone called the person on the PA again then helped another customer. I waited for over 15 mins for someone to come to the customer service desk to help them with my order. While I was waiting I noticed a more than four employees talking groups and being on their cellphones texting or doing something other than working or helping customers while people where self checking themselves out. I thought WOW is this what it has come too!!!!!! Walmart making more money off their customers for not having to pay for cashiers for check out and have their customers check themselves out while their employees are being paid to play or text on their cellphones, ignoring customers. I finally got my order after 20 mins in the store. They told me the link in the email only works if you are close to the store and you can only use it in the app not in emails on your computer. When I got home I noticed I got charged for the first order that didn't come and the second order. I am working with my credit card company to sort that out. Why did I get charged twice???? I still don't know and the people at the store didn't know either. I hate Amazon and I don't order from them but after this experience I might have to go back. At least they deliver your order or give you a full refund when you don't get your order.

I loved literally everything I tried on. Dena was so friendly and helpful. She knew exactly what would look good on me and helped me put together a beautiful outfit.
