The one about racism surprised me the most, as few employees are white. I'm part Indigenous and this is one reason I like places like Walmart (I get it, bad corporate) and Fairway. Some places in Victoria especially grocery stores have zero people of colour working. I have never seen that anywhere else in the world. Zero. Secondly they said that I may have already used the credit at another store and be trying to use it again. After all how did they know for sure I hadn't done that. I was floored by this comment.
