I'm having a very bad experience here. I'm a disabled woman who asked for help to take groceries to…read moremy car. A worker named Philip was assigned a couple of times. Next thing I knew, he was sliding in next to me in the hot tub at the local public pool. Three times in a row. I did not invite this guy into my personal life in any manner. He just took advantage of a disabled woman needing help. He was so aggressive and "boyfriendy", a guy I was talking to got uncomfortable and left the hot tub. He did not take a hint from my cold shoulder, and from my pretending I didn't know him. Finally, I told his manager. Then he stopped. But still gives me these long looks at the pool. Then, he decided to approach and speak to me at Walmart as if nothing happened. He spoke to me as if, "Hey, glad that's behind us," and trying to have a conversation. I told him I don't want to speak to him. He kept insisting he did nothing wrong, and would not leave me alone. So now I look around corners at both the pool and at the store. HORRIFIC.

When I tried to call the number provided (1-800-328-0402) I was met with a sound like nothing i have ever heard on a phone in over 46 years of life. a constant beeping unlike any other. In the end they just took my money and left me without concern for my rights. I will never give this company my money again.

One sales associate who gets the official title of Canadian Karen, was having a bad day. She did not want to help my friend and she was rude. She claimed she could not pull the dress off the mannequin because it was "too heavy" and it cost $20k so she didn't want to break the mannequin(?). Anyway, I was disappointed because I could tell where the root of her actions stemmed. I met my first Karen in person. I had to speak with her. I let her know she is the first person in Victoria that was rude. I said I realize that you are about to be unemployed, but that is no reason to be rude.

I was surprised and skeptical at first, but Neil spent extra time walking me through the details of the repair. He even called back his mechanic and let me look at the damage for myself. They were honest and correct. The need for the repair was real, and they fixed my car by ordering parts overnight. Neil and his team were agreeable and patient with me throughout. Everything I saw showed me Neil runs a great team at the Canadian Tire on Cedar Hill. In addition to the competence and good work, everyone seems to go out of their way to be friendly to me. I'm very impressed and would recommend this location and especially Neil to anyone needing repair.

I took my car to have the left control arm replaced. Of course it needs front wheel allignment…read moreafter, I even mentioned that the steering wheel is pointing at 11 oclock, When I drove the car the steering wheel still points at 11 oclock and that the car slightly wanders to the right, and you can hear suspension clunking noise on the left side when the right wheel hits a rut, I never heard that suspension noise before I had them do the car, so I have to take it back to them to do it right. The " experienced" mechanic told me it must be the seized caliper that I hear, which I find ridiculous. I am not sure if the imbecile is really dumb or if he wants to sell me calipers. The car doesn't even wander left or right to indicate brake caliper problem. I should have read the reviews earlier.
