I went through a quote on a home I was planning on closing on July 1st. He asked me for me and my wife's license information. I told him I didn't need auto insurance, but he told me the system required him to generate a policy so customers could see savings. I obliged and gave the information. Fast forward to 3 business days before my closing: I get a call from his secretary giving me my policy information. LOANDBEHOND- I have an auto insurance quote. I say, "sorry, I don't want auto". Secretary: "You have to have auto to have home owners with us". Me: "No thanks, I was very clear I didn't want my auto through you". Secretary: "okay, well thanks" (hangs up). The most recent time she helped me was when there was some system glitch that said I owed my December payment still, but I didn't.
