With the familiarity of the area and limited opportunity to do much searching I was able to contact Micozzi management and rent a one bedroom apartment site unscene. From the first interaction of being willing to share videos and pictures ,to every interaction along the way (having keys, mailed to getting support with figuring out the heating system and cable issues. All of the first time move out that a young adult had to figure out on her own) everybody in the group was cooperative, flexible, highly responsible, and responsive to every question and and need that arose for us and my daughter's first living on her own experience out of state. Whether it was through text or email communication, everyone was efficient quickly, responsive, and always supportive never once did we feel like we were a bother and I was very confident in her short term stay in Northborough mass that she was gonna be able to have any questions and issues resolved immediately if anything would happen to arise. Highly recommend the Micozzi management group; specifically we rented at the Northborough mass location, and if the folks that we dealt with at that location are a tiny representation of the group as a whole couldn't ask for better! I could go on about maintenance issues. Neighbors not friendly to gays; don't let smiles fool you. Also, might want to avoid Grafton and Millbury. If you do live in any of these places, invest in a high quality deadbolt and keep your spare well hidden. Only trust reputable locksmiths. Don't always trust reviews about locksmiths. It may seem like a contradiction since I am leaving a review. Please don't overlook anything regarding safety, but don't sweat fools. You have a right to live in these towns, just be aware that some people are nuts.

I looked at an apartment, spoke to some woman who said, she had pull and would make it happen by the 1st. I have around a 700 credit score, I have zero issues for anything. As a NEMT driver, I meet so many people. This company is buying out houses in Danielson/Putnam etc. I have several patients whom 7 hills bought out their apartments and in one instance, kicked them them out, after a 10 year stay. That patient of mine warned me, explained things broke, and 7 hills lied to HUD saying, they fixed all the things that HUD needed fixed during an inspection. So, obviously HUD refused to pay after the inspection because 7-hills lied and said it was fixed when clearly they didn't. Good luck to 7hills treating a small town where everyone knows each other and word is already around to stay away from this SCAM COMPANY! During the showing of apartment the woman (Heather O'Brien) who showed me it. Said, we believe in giving second chances and we discussed the one eviction that I had, we discussed that I didn't want to apply unless that wasn't going to be an issue. One of the most frustrating issues was a condo document amendment that took almost a year to complete due to their lack of responsiveness. After all that time, it turned out the amendment had been done incorrectly, requiring additional time and effort to address something that should have been handled properly from the start. What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency in their billing practices. Charges have appeared without proper explanation, and requests for supporting documentation or invoices have not been adequately addressed. This raises serious concerns about how they conduct business. Overall, the experience has felt unprofessional, disorganized, and frustrating. I expected a much higher level of accountability and responsiveness from a property management company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

They constantly ignore communication from me and my neighbors. And when they do reply, they are less than helpful. They refuse to provide me with financial documents, I've asked multiple times and had to file a complaint with the BBB to get their attention. The fact that they won't let me see how they are spending our money only makes me more suspicious of unauthorized activities. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I lost my job and quickly depleted my savings as I did my best to keep up with my financial responsibilities. But a severe bout with the debilitating virus put me behind in my rent. And let me tell you as a single male with no one and no family the struggle was real...! I was fortunate enough to have met and worked with one of Northeast Properties rental managers named: Gabriella Oliveira! Together with her help I was able to work through my overdue past rent. And with assistance from CMHA, working closely with their attorney Raphaelson. I finally found gainful employment and am now able to start the process of getting my life back in order. It wasn't easy...! But Gabriella, was extremely helpful, kind, considerate and sympathetic to my situation. Very poor customer service skills the current property manager RACHEL is very childish, impatient, and rude when you simply have questions to ask. They are overwhelmed by even the slightest attempt of an adult conversation. Any questions you may have they instantly get on your case about and then they proceed to falsely accuse you of not letting speak when they are done speaking. They hang up on you when they want and they get angry when you have genuine questions. The RECEPTIONIST has very poor customer service skills and little to no patience. Beware they also have a high turnover rate which contributes to their poor culture. Let's also be clear here when we say their reaction was unwarranted and uncalled for. Kindness shouldn't be met with shouting and tyranny.
