The spa was super clean and service was great. At checking when I explained I was a first timer they took extra time to explain everything and I never felt rushed. Customers were polite and the vibe was super chill. After a morning with -8 degree frigid temperatures it was perfect to warm up! Stayed 3 hours and left relaxed and refreshed. I'd recommend this for sure and will be back next time I'm in nyc. Only item I'd say was a bit of a challenge was that it got so crowded it was hard to find a seat in the saunas and steam rooms but this was a very minor imposition. People kept moving around so I didn't have to wait too long for a place.
