I have called 15 different Rochester Airport Taxi services and nobody was picking up the phone because it was 2am in the morning. Thank GOD my daughter was able to call Rochester Airport Transportation and Tewodros Beyene called her back and let her know that he would pick her up in 1.5 hours (which is the distance from Rochester Airport and Alfred University). This man drove 1.5 hours each way in the middle of the night... And thanks to him, my daughter was ON TIME for her 7am flight!!! I am so grateful for his service! From the second Tammy B arrived we knew it would be a great trip. She was so professional and even brought us a special wine grape necklace to pass around our trip. I had been planning and stressing all week and Tammy immediately told me to relax and that she would take over. Tammy adjusted wineries times when needed, managed to squeeze an extra, brought us to special photo spots and entertained us all day long while still giving us space to enjoy our time together as a group . She is truly a gem! At the end of the day, Tammy had created us all little tokens to remember our day by. We had a wonderful day and would book with FL limos again in a heart beat.

He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate!
