Think twice before entrusting your items with Prism. Prism does not practice positive standard…read moreoperating procedures. When I shipped my package there were 2 customers ahead of me & 1 behind. The 2 in front of me were not completed their paperwork & packages were set aside incomplete. The same happened with my transaction. When I asked him to complete my transaction, he rudely said it would be finished in due time and I was done then moved on to the next customer. My package delivered to the wrong address; I reported this to Prism (over several weeks) asked that a claim be filed. I was told I had up to 60 days to file a claim and that it took time to do it. Basically, I was told if I didn't like that to file a claim myself. As this was an international shipment I called FedEx and they had the claim filed in 3 minutes. However, it took time to get to the correct department at FedEx wasting my time when Prism has all this info at their fingertips. Prism could have saved the time & frustration by applying a little customer service. They would have had a repeat customer instead of one that will never return.

Unfortunately, almost every time I called during the business hours that they have listed, nobody was available. I have been told several times that they don't do mock-ups or assist with anything at all until you pay. This is not the industry standard.
