I am writing this review even though as a consumer it takes a concerted effort to take the time to get to actively posting a comment. It seems, a person either had to be extremely happy or disappointed in order to do so. I am taking the time because of the quality of service I have received on several visits to this UPS store. The staff has been consistently helpful,knowledgeable and friendly on every visit. I have seen an occasional costumer act in a demanding way and it has always been handled in a professional manner. I am amazed at their knowledge and ability to trouble shoot a variety of issues. They are truly professional in every way and I can only hope they are compensated for it. Every year since 2005 I have been going to the UPS store in Victor NY to have family calendar made as Christmas gift for my family. I started out with bringing photos, that they scanned and created the calendars. I had 8 calendars made. I progressed to the digital world and my family grew to needing 23 calendars. The crew there are the best, they were very patient with me in creating the designing. My family is all over the country and world. It has been one of the most precious ways for us the keep in touch. I'm giving them 5 stars because the team at the counter does a great job. One thing they need to improve on is parking. They have 2 dedicated parking spots that non-UPS customers are always parking in. The sign has a little sticker on it that says for UPS customers only. That sign needs to be replaced with a much larger sign that says they will tow your car if they are in violation. I have had to carry in 10 plus boxes from over 100 feet from the door before. This is not the UPS stores fault but a new sign will make us paying customers way more happy. read more

During a routine shipping drop-off, I found out they have a printing service. So, I tried them for a very important event: my wedding. I designed the invite; UPS store printed. The store did a fantastic job, ended up printing my details card and rehearsal dinner invitation. Richard, the young man who took care of me, called when he wanted clarification, when I utterly failed to meet a deadline of emailing him "x" by "x," and when items were ready for pick-up. Bring more stock than is needed - they need a few tries to get it just right. read more

I have used shipping and shredding services and have always been pleased. The prices are quite fair and the service is most professional. It is a well maintained facility and the employees are highly efficient. I find this location to be particularly worth going out of my way to obtain services. It is worth the extra time and distance traveled to get quality service at a great price. This is a best value without question. Their ability to pack and ship is something I can depend upon. I have always had a great experience at this store. When I shipped masks out to family members who are working on the front lines (Intensive care units), they offered to drive to my home, pick up the masks, put them in the proper shipping containers, label them and get them out for me. Even I thought that was a bit too much- so, I drove over, they came out to the car, went through the process for me and my safety and theirs was not compromised. Chad provided me with estimates and was able to take payment by phone from my employer. What I thought would be a stressful transaction turned out to be simple and stress free. I went to the UPS store in Victor NY to return a package to amazon. I had the Amazon return email with code to scan. While i was waiting in line i must have accidentally deleted the email and could not retrieve it. Mariah said not to worry. She took me to a PC and had me log into my Amazon account to retrieve the return code. Mariah was pleasant, friendly and professional. Her outstanding costumer service should be recognized. Richard and Morich were both professional, courteous and extremely helpful when I was there Saturday, September 26th to ship 2 packages. I asked about return labels or a stamp with my return address and both Richard and Morich showed me the catalog for the stamp version and regular labels. They explained that the stamp would take some time to get as they use an outside vendor. I chose the labels as they said I could have them this afternoon = Same Day Service! read more

This UPS store is exceptional. Everyone was friendly. I dealt with Jake and he was extremely helpful and assisted me with packaging the clothes I was sending to my Grandson. He was very professional and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this store for shipping needs vs the US Postal Office which lost a package I sent for over 3 weeks.....when it was discovered in a warehouse in Buffalo! I have used many services at this UPS location. Most recently I discovered their printing services and am SO glad I did. I've saved $100's of dollars. The staff are so helpful and it is beautiful quality work for an incredible price. My sister is getting married and I hosted the bridal shower. Invites, bridal shower games, posters, etc. WAY more cost effective to print here than any other online or FedEx printing service. read more

I have seen then deal with frustrating customers (during holiday rush) with patience and professionalism. Have had very good experience with this newly refurbished UPS location, expanded to accommodate higher volume and more intricate printing requests. Staff is pleasant, and innovative. Manager goes out of his way to help. Owner knows the value of customer satisfaction. Graphic designers are creative and are sensitive to the demands deadlines place on all of us. I went to the Victor UPS store about 10 days 11 days before Christmas. Although there was a line I was there less than 20 25 minutes. It was very efficient the young man who took care of me knew what he was doing. Packed my box shipped it and it got to destination on time.
