In total I paid $2000 for them to break my irrigation system and have 1/2 my yard die. I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. I would also recommend stearing clear of all of Tim's companies: Tim's complete landscaping management and rain pros.

In 2020 part of the system was damaged due to a remodel/addition that I did. They reworked and reinstalled the system that I damaged so that it would function again. I just (2024) had him install an additional line for a drip system to the back of my yard. He was able to do this as the system was designed initially to expand. I am very pleased with his work. In paper, contracts, warranty, it looks legit, I worked with him for more than a year, in the quotes and saving the money to do this. Hired the complete service, he was supposed to bring in to the project and expert in lawn/ Grass, my dream was to have a beautiful garden, this was a mayor project for me, and it was supposed to be a surprise for my wife, for when she returned from a family trip. The reality : The Crew was non existing mostly it was Luis , his little brother ( I think he was 8 or ten years old) , no parter expert on grass, he had one or two guys working esporadically, but most of the work was done by Luis. He did a terrible job, the grass that was brand new (allready grown) died after a week of no water, he was doing the irrigation, and due to his delays in the irrigation installation, the lawn was severely impacted, even dough we watered manually constantly. The surprise for my wife was in reality a nightmare, the work was not completed on time, in fact was not completed at all. Basically, took the money 10.000 dollars, walk away, never responded my phone calls ( left more than 30 voice mails) no response on emails, his mailing address is a ups mailbox, nobody knows him. Tried to contact him through multiple ways, and nothing I was robbed, lied and disappointed After more than a year I was forced to hired someone else to re-do the grass . The fact he took the money and disappeared is terrible, it was my dream home project, and it was a huge investment for me and my family. The fact that he promised verbally and in writing and failed to complete his promises is what hurt the most, I trusted in Luis, and you robbed me from my dram, my surprise for my wife and 10.000 dollars. Luis, shame on you, sooner than later you will face the consequences of your acts. I do understand he is back in business, I am sad to know that some other family will be taken advantage of the good faith and hard earned money. I don't recommend this company nor Luis for anything.

Their quote was fair and competitive -- ultimately I decided to move forward with someone who came directly recommended by a friend, but Van's pricing was absolutely in line with the market and within about $100 of my lowest quote out of five different providers I interviewed. The scope included a full spring cleanup of a heavily overgrown yard, including mowing, pruning, weeding, pressure washing, bark installation, and repairing a distressed gravel pathway. Their pricing was very much on par with the other companies I met - for that large service, as well as ongoing bi-weekly yard care. They were on time, responsive via text when confirming the verbal quote and providing additional pricing details, and overall very kind, transparent, and fair throughout the process. Even though I went a different direction for this particular project, I would absolutely feel comfortable recommending them in the future. The experience was easy, professional, and very competitively priced.

They gave me a bid in March 2026 for some sprinkler relocations and for installation of a drip system. The cost was $1650 which I promptly paid. But the drip system never worked, and after asking many times to have it fixed, I was ghosted by Jeanet Ramirez and never received another text. Finally Ricardo responded, suggesting my water pressure might be too high, and that he thought installing a filter might fix the problem. He said he would do that, Then he didn't show up, and ultimately ghosted me too. So I figured my only recourse would be small claims court, and once I suggested that, he then responded and told me my location was too far away for him to service (never mind all the services already provided). His exact words: "we're very busy, and since we don't get paid for this (a new service), and there's no guarantee, it's an extra job for us." So let me get this straight: after almost two years of doing work for me (satisfactorily I might add), all of a sudden there is no guarantee of work for which I promptly paid, there is a failure to communicate, and I have a broken drip irrigation system. I honestly have no idea how this relationship went off the rails, and I can not recommend them. It's not like I forced them to work for me; they volunteered, gave me a bid which I accepted and paid for. Ricardo now thinks I'm a problem because I live too far away; that is not a statement of someone who values accountability. Caveat emptor.

Here are the key issues that surfaced during my project: Quality of Work - The cleanup and restoration work did not meet the promised standards. Despite assurances of thoroughness, some bed areas were left uncleared, with debris and weeds remaining. Additionally, items like edging and pruning that were included in the scope of services were not performed at all. Beyond the dethatching, the lawn restoration work yielded a lackluster result. Customer Communication - Written communications with GoGreen were very frustrating. After pointing out the issues that I had with the work performed, GoGreen accused me of overwatering the new seed, planning to never pay in full, and finally of having unrealistic expectations. The issue was exacerbated after I partially paid the invoice for the cleanup work while waiting for improvements in the new lawn. After receiving some angry, defensive responses, I informed GoGreen they were no longer welcome at my home. I attempted to settle the balance by offering to pay for materials and dethatching since I now need to fix the issues myself or hire another company. I then received another email threatening me with a lien on my property if I didn't pay in full. This response felt heavy-handed and added unnecessary stress to an already frustrating experience. Despite my obvious displeasure with the outcome, I paid the outstanding balance in full. Conclusion - I'm sure after reading this review, GoGreen will write a response blaming me for the outcome. Nothing GoGreen responds with will take away the fact that I wrote this review because GoGreen failed to deliver what was promised in the original scope of work. So, if you have unlimited financial resources and have extremely low expectations regarding the outcomes of your home projects, then GoGreen might be for you. Otherwise, I'd look elsewhere for landscaping services.
