Jessie's crew did an excellent job tie down the heavy branches and cutting so they don't fall uncontrollably injuring someone or damaging the property. Zack responded the same morning I requested their service and a quote. He and Carlos came out that same day, inspected the roof, and presented us with options. We ended up getting a completely new roof, and they did an awesome job. Throughout the process Zack and Carlos took multiple photos/videos to show us what they were seeing on the roof and in the attic. To say they were transparent and had great communication doesn't do it justice. Every single part of the process was laid out and they updated us throughout the whole process. It made the whole thing so much less stressful for our family. We have a 1,300 square foot house and they were able to take off the old roof (including 30 plywood pieces) and install the new one in under 48 hours from start to finish. I had just come home from work as they were finishing, and Carlos had me come up on the roof right then and there to see the work they had done before it was dark. Without getting into details on how horrific our old roof was, I immediately could tell that the new roof they had just installed was done very well and properly. After chatting with…read morean estimator, he came over took a look about a week later; got an estimate to apply 2 coats and he would give me 24 hours notice when they could come and do the work within the next 2-4 weeks. That said, same day called back later and someone cancelled and they're doing the work the next day after the estimate. Their crew is prompt on showing up when expected applied the 1st "spreader" coat with promise to come back in a few hours to repeat the process. Waited for the 2nd coat and had to follow-up with the estimator asking when they were going to be back to do the 2nd coat? Finally, I called and he told me they had already returned and "sprayed" a 2nd coat in select areas without full coverage where I expected 2 coats to mean they lay down the 2nd coat like the 1st was applied taking about 20-30 minutes. Although I had the front door open, I didn't even see or hear them do the 2nd "sprayed" coat, so must have taken less than 5 minutes to spray it and go. The quality of their work is top notch and they have a experienced and qualified installation teams. That said, the estimators are more a kin to working with used car salesmen.

We contacted Chaz and Jeannette after both the contractor and flood mitigation companies recommended by our insurance company dropped the ball. Titaan came in and fixed the mess left by those companies and the pipe leak. They refloored our entire bottom level, remodeled the bathroom, had custom stair treads made, and stayed in touch with our insurance company. Most importantly, they finished the job before our Christmas Eve party. I almost wish we could have another pipe leak so we could have them back to remodel another bathroom. Seriously, they do great work. At the very least, call them out for an estimate. They have excellent communication as well, we knew what was happening at every phase of the project.
