I've had the pleasure of working with some fantastic contractors, but this one stands our as one of best I've ever had. Lelepi was incredibly patient with us, especially since we kept making changes. Our project was delayed a few days because of the weather, but they always kept us in the loop. The crew was amazing--on time, professional, and did an absolutely beautiful job on our driveway. Listen, I don't know anything about concrete - that's why I was looking for a pro. Concrete Champs came recommended from my shed builder [tuffshed]. Met the owner at my house. He was very professional and had great suggestions and ideas. I had to change the plan a few weeks later, because of where the septic system sat so he came back out to verify the new location and went right to work. This guy is an absolute professional, all the way down to the finish work on top. It's incredible. So like I said, I don't know anything about Concrete, but I know a hard-working professional when I see one. My last house we did two concrete projects with a different contractor: one cracked and one was too slanted for the shed...so this time I went with the slightly more expensive option with Concrete Champs, and Lepi and Luseane are the best. read more

Our builder thought it would be a good idea to put grass strips in a climate that rains 6+ months out of the year. (Eventually the grass strips became a mucky mess in the winter time.) I called Concrete Champs for a bid and they were out the following week. Luseane was very friendly and helpful with our questions. We decided to go with Concrete Champs because of their long A+++ track record with BBB. Boy, am I glad I did! They started the project on Monday morning and we literally had a new driveway by Tuesday night!!! (We even had to deal to a rain storm.) As you can see in the photo the quality of work is absolutely top notch. We compared our driveway with some of our neighbors and I definitely notice the difference. We got several bids for a foundation for a mother-in-law unit over a new garage. Their bid was the lowest, and they had the best reviews. These guys were amazing. They did a wonderful job, laughing, joking and singing all the while. They were doing back-breaking work, and seemingly enjoying every moment of it. I was staying home due to COVID while they worked, and I was really happy to be able to see such camaraderie. Just watching them work was pure entertainment. We plan on having them back for more jobs in the future. read more

Unfortunately I can't speak to their work, but I can speak to their customer service. I contacted them about a job, but unfortunately they aren't currently offering that particular service. However, they were extremely helpful in helping me find someone who did. That really went above and beyond. Makes me want to find a job to be able to send their way. Contacted Concrete Champs (CC) via Yelp on Monday (8/24). No response. Contacted CC on Thursday (8/27) and lady responded, "Oh yeah, I don't check Yelp all the time. There are 4 other messages." CC was then out on Saturday (8/29). Lady said she would have to talk with City to see if permit required and could have estimate ready by Monday (8/31) or Tuesday (9/1). No response. Contacted CC on Thursday (9/3). No response. Today is Saturday (9/5). CC was contacted after research and their reviews. My experience certainly reflects a lack of consideration and respect for a prospective customer through their representative with a lack of professionalism and follow through. read more

Lepi and his wife Luseanne were phenomenal to deal with through the entire process of replacing and repouring our 3,000 sq ft concrete stamped/colored patio.. They kept us up to date all the way through the project. We appreciated all the questions they had and ideas they gave on the project and in the end they delivered on what we were looking for, only better. They have a wonderful crew who genuinely love what they do. Lepi is right in there with the crew every step of the way. We were blown away by the attention to detail they had all through the project. The job site was left impeccably clean at the end. In my business dealings I've had to deal with a lot of contractors, sub contractors across various trades and I can say without hesitation that Concrete Champs are the best. Concrete Champs, owned and operated by Lepi Taai, were amazing! They poured an 18" deep foundation for a glass greenhouse I'm having built and a concrete bulkhead for our floating dock. They finished both jobs in a week and were dedicated to working hard and long hours to make this happen, while maintaining the highest quality. Lepi is the hardest working guy I've met and really knows his concrete. I appreciated his responsiveness to text and email before and during the job. We contacted Concrete Champs along with several other contractors about building a retaining wall where a rotting fence had been. The original estimate was competitive but the cost was significantly more than we wanted to spend on the project. We asked Lepi as well as a few others if they had any ideas on less expensive options for the area. We got very few replies form others. Concrete Champs offered a creative solution and the best price for an alternative so we booked them. Any difficulty with scheduling came from our side, not theirs. They were flexible and understanding about our schedule. The work was done on time and looks better than I could have ever expected. They kept in contact. One thing that was very important to us was the contracting to be sure we were all on the same page and they were patient and responsive about our questions and concerns.
