He greeted us and quickly loaded our luggage into his immaculate and comfortable SUV. Jose offered us cold water and even accommodated a quick detour to Starbucks for much-needed coffee (we took a redeye into Cancun). Jose was very friendly, helpful, and informative, and we chatted the entire 2-hour car ride. He saved us a trip into town by taking us to an exchange house "Casa de Cambio" (we needed pesos) and gave us a quick tour of the best places to eat in downtown Tulum. Jose is very knowledgeable of the entire Quintana Roo/Yucatan region and can take you anywhere you need. We also used TLS on our return trip to the airport. Jose arrived early and had cold bottles of water ready for the car ride. When we return to Tulum, Jose will be the first person we contact for all our transportation needs. Jose provides a high-quality experience and we found his prices to be very reasonable (we have paid much more for private transportation from Cancun to Tulum and vice versa in the past).

They did not respond but instead sent texts asking what excursions were of interest to us. please book your transportation with your hotel or at least read reviews for this company. The experience is similar for a large number of their travelers. They do not show up!
