We used a different company in the past, and it took a couple of months and had no effect on our credit rating. This was the worst decision we have ever made to go with this company. Also the guarantee of one year is only if you ask for your money back within 30 days- misleading- the company asked for more time and then said we were not eligible for the money back guarantee because it was more than 30 days. Run, do not walk away from HP consultants!!

When I signed up with HP Consultants, Inc., I was told that they would ensure that I would be…read morerelieved of all future payments to the timeshare resort in one year. Well, the year came and went without any relief. I contacted my credit card company to have the payment I initially made, reversed. HP had a fit. I was told they had buyers but now that I reversed the charge, they could no longer sell the units. They sounded positive about a sale so I had them recharge me their fee. They also told me to ignore all correspondence from the resort and to send them copies of all invoices. As it turns out, the resort contacted me directly and said I could terminate ownership for a fee. I agreed to the fee and am now no longer an owner of my 2 units. I asked the resort if they ever were contacted by HP - the answer was a definite "no!" If you want to get rid of your timeshare units, I recommend work with the resort directly. Most 3rd parties are very suspect. Also, NEVER buy a timeshare. You can always rent and with more flexibility.

I was brought into the first weekend of Heartcore Leadership as part of another coaching program…read more At the end of that weekend, Shanda came on and told us that if we enrolled in the rest of the course, she would give us a "half VIP day." She stated directly, "I charge $35,000 to work with me, and I'm going to sit down with you and help you sort out your business if you sign up for the rest of it." Based on that statement, I invested several thousand dollars. When the time came, I discovered that the "half VIP day" was actually structured as a two-hour group session with approximately 20 participants. I received exactly nine minutes of her time. Nine minutes. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive. There was no meaningful strategic support, no real business sorting, and no follow-up afterward. When I raised concerns about the clear discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered, there was no accountability and no attempt at repair. We have a serious problem right now, both in the coaching industry and in the world at large, with leaders who are unwilling to take accountability when there is a gap between marketing and reality. That was my experience here. This was not a small investment. The difference between the sales conversation and the actual experience was significant.
