We currently have out-of-town family visiting and we wanted to take them and their kids to this place. We show up at 12:30 PM, and it was closed. Despite the opening hours from 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM. Prior to even arriving we did our due diligence and searched the hours up on the website. We were all disappointed. As a business, especially a small one, we understand it can be difficult trying to balance it all, but updating your opening hours is a priority.

I started as a complete beginner and now have the ability to make all sorts of ceramic items for me and to give as gifts. Plus, working with clay is relaxing and rewarding. The facility is clean and well run by Rima, the owner. She is always there to offer encouragement and help. The instructors, Jim, Katherine, and Charles are a wealth of information and will teach you all about the clay, glazes, and working techniques. It doesn't matter if you start as a newbie like me or come in with experience, the instructors will work with you at your ability level and help you progress. There is even an adult/child class that I take with my 5 year old grandson. He has made pinch pot bowls, coil bowls and even a mug. I feel fortunate to have CASI to go to and be creative.

We had pizza and good, strong drinks to take the edge off and get our artistic juices flowing! Amanda, our instructor/bartender was incredible! She was super sweet and helpful and so patient with us! I have passed the first part of CMAA (administrative) and got my certification with the NHA-2021. I passed the second part (CCMA- Clinical) as well and got my diploma of completion from the school and again the code for the second test with the NHA 2022. I have passed the second test too. I have both diplomas from the school and both certifications from NHA. I want to thank both teachers, specially Dr. C for your dedication in prepared us for this journey.
