If you're going to follow customers around the store, the very least you can do is acknowledge them and offer assistance. We came in as potential customers, but the complete lack of basic customer service made me lose any interest in buying something. I don't understand how a retail store expects to make sales when customers are treated like an inconvenience--or worse, like they need to be watched instead of helped. Management seriously needs to address this employee's customer-service skills. Based on our experience, she was not doing her job effectively at all. I definitely would not return after being treated this way.

Despite other complaints against touching bottles, I do understand you don't want to risk dropping a small brand's tester. The stones aren't a very good vehicle to capture scents (probably why I've never seen them at any other perfume store) and the layout is by house without any general descriptions or information on the brand. The perfume details and pricing are on the back of the stones. Overall not somewhere to go unless you know exactly what you want.
