The first knot he worked on for me was a doozy. I knew it was there, thus, I scheduled a massage after locating his services via Groupon. I read his bio and thought he was worth a try. I have been going back ever since. He is a professional who gets the job done for a great price. I ended up purchasing the 3-massage package he regularly offers. I will note that the location is inside of an office building and I noticed on each appointment that voices in the neighboring business can be heard. However, with appropriate music to go along with an excellent Swedish Deep Tissue massage, it doesn't bother me. Actually, I think I may have fallen asleep on my last visit. They check in during the massage once or twice to make sure the pressure is good or if you more or less. They have everything from deep tissue and sports massage to relaxation and prenatal as well as anything between. Parking is tricky at certain times of the day as Elements is located in a plaza with other stores (Home Goods!),so consider that when arriving for appointments. Pricing is pretty close to all the other massage places, maybe a little higher, but the quality and personalization of the massage makes it worth it. I do have a few favorite therapists depending on what I'm looking for in my massage, but I'm not sharing names because then I won't be able to get in with them Since I had massage brain( it's a thing), I forgot to take some pictures. Taylor was amazing! Fun and light hearted spirit, very knowledgable and truly was in tune with what was going on and how to relieve the pain. If I lived here I'd be seeing her regularly!
