I have been getting massages here for years! Every massage therapist that I have seen takes a few minutes at the beginning of the session to ask if there are any specific areas/problems you would like them to focus on. They check in during the massage once or twice to make sure the pressure is good or if you more or less. They have everything from deep tissue and sports massage to relaxation and prenatal as well as anything between. Parking is tricky at certain times of the day as Elements is located in a plaza with other stores (Home Goods!),so consider that when arriving for appointments. Pricing is pretty close to all the other massage places, maybe a little higher, but the quality and personalization of the massage makes it worth it. I do have a few favorite therapists depending on what I'm looking for in my massage, but I'm not sharing names because then I won't be able to get in with them Since I had massage brain( it's a thing), I forgot to take some pictures. I booked a 90 minute massage with a level 4 massage therapist recommend by one of the front desk lady. Unfortunately I didn't like the massage, I didn't feel much pressure and the way she does just not right (FYI I had at least one thousand messages in my life). So I stopped her within 7 minutes(on table time) and got up. I hated to do it because I was really looking forward to the massage and had to arrange babysit to make the time. I felt bad for the massage therapist, but I also don't want to be on table for another 80 minutes and not enjoy the massage. So I tried to work out with the front desk lady but she gave me such an attitude. She had a total different face compared to when I walked in the place. When she started to yell at me, I asked for the manager. The manager did not think the front desk lady did anything wrong. I'm not sure if they have a camera in the room but if they do, she should definitely go back to look at the footage. read more

So I look on yelp to try to find a place to get a massage I land on this place because it says walk-ins welcome on yelp after finally finding the place because there's an elements which is them and there's an element five across the parking lot which is a hair salon I walk in one woman's on the phone another woman comes flying around the corner and asked if she can help meI said yes I'd like a massage and she says well I'm all booked up today and we tend to book out really far so I can't help you. I called the day before my appointment to reschedule because of an injury. My doctor said I should wait another week before any "therapy" like this. The lady in the phone was rude and dismissive as if my sports medicine doctor knew less than people that took a year of massage class. This was the best massage I've ever received at a monthly-subscription type studio. Hannah was absolutely fabulous and did not cut the "table time" short like so many other places often tend to do. Overall experience was somewhat ok. Place is next to a Chinese restaurant, so if you're in a room with an adjacent wall you'll hear all the noise. Staff is not all that friendly. Intake process is clumsy with too much paperwork that's centered around trying to sell you a membership. Paid for a 90 minute massage and didn't even get 80 but the massage therapist was sure to recommend that I come back in 2 and 4 weeks for more "90 minute" massages. No thanks. Super cranky neck and back from traveling. I'm in the health and wellness business so I know a good massage. When I called Elements, the front desk personnel asked a lot of questions . After some discussion, they booked my appt. with Amber. They made a great assessment as her skills definitely met my needs. Amber knows what she's doing! She is highly skilled and always checking in during the session to make sure I was comfortable. After an hour of serious work I left without pain! The facility was clean and relaxing and all of the staff I came in contact with were very professional. The first thing I notice when entering is how clean it is! Not only is it clean, it feels very relaxed. That's an awesome way to start. The paperwork (since it was my first visit) was minimal, however they were thorough! My massage therapist was Nancy. Oh Nancy, you are magical. She listened very attentively to my needs. Her pressure was perfect. Sometimes I find massages to be awkward... too much talking, dead silence, weird jokes, weird smells etc. Nope, none of that here! The room was clean, it was the right temperature, the right lighting. I can honestly say I left feeling less pain and was 100% satisfied with my visit. I am so pleased with the massage I received here on yesterday . I asked for medium-firm and I was Assigned to Marie . I told her I had low back pain so she added a heating pad to my back while she did my legs. You can tell she really knows her body mechanics. She moved my legs and hips in ways that would help my lower back relieve tension. She was just good I can't say it any better than that. Also the front desk staff were awesome. They do offer a membership plan but they were not pushy about it at all. I have been places that have been. They were so pleasant and non pushy about it that I believe I will make my next visit a membership. Now that I'm 37 I realize how much my body really needs this . After seeing the great reviews and living near the area I decided to give them a call to check their availability. Just like others have said, the first call to schedule my appointment was so inviting. I knew whomever was on the other end of the call cared about their job, cared about my massage needs and looked forward to me coming to their place of business. The day of my massage I arrived a few minutes early, being my first time there, and was greeted immediately. I was offered water and provided some paperwork to complete, regarding my needs and health concern. Within 5 minutes my massage therapist greeted me and I was off. The therapist was very interested in any specific needs and explained that she would step out and knock after a few minutes to begin. The massage was perfect, and the therapist asked about pressure a few times to ensure it was what I preferred. The 60 minutes went way too fast, but I definitely look forward to getting back soon. Went here yesterday for a couples massage for my boyfriends birthday, we got a $60 off from an online coupon. We got there 15 minutes before the massage like we were supposed to for paper work. They didn't start the actual massage until 6:15, 30 min after we arrived, and they ended it at 6:56, I paid for an hour massage and only received a 40 minute one. The massage itself was okay, I felt kind of the same afterwards because the pressure never got hard enough to help with all of my knots. Got my first taste of Elements Therapeutic Massage at an Elite event in April. The therapists were upbeat, knowledgeable, and provided grrreat gratis hand and chair massages. I made an appointment with one of said therapists - Noehmy - and have been very happy with not just her expertise but also the service from the office staff when I go in for my monthly hour long deep tissue. The front waiting area is definitely calming: cascading water wall unit, comfy leather couches, appropriate ambient music, drinking water, and just enough literature (magazines and current specials) to keep one occupied before the therapist summons you in. The single stall unisex bathroom is huge, clean, and stocked with make ya feel comfy/at home products. The massage rooms are dimly lit, have an ottoman in addition to a hook rack for belongings, and a firm (but not too firm) heated massage table. You may choose between 55, 80, or 110 minute massages. There is usually a steal of a deal for first time visitors (hint: check in on the Yelp app). The Elements Wellness Program is a month by month program in which you sign up for autopay for their best rates. There's no contract and you can opt out w 30 day notice. Even though I usually feel more comfortable with a lady masseuse I do not regret at all trying a male masseuse. He really took the time to work on those stubborned knots in my shoulders. This massage place churns out happy customers. They are super busy...all the time. If you are looking to get a same-day booking, don't get your hopes up (especially if you have a particular person in mind). Perhaps they are so busy because they have been running a Groupon deal for the past few months and it's the holidays. In any case, once I was able to get scheduled, the massage itself was very good. I had Alisha and she was good and professional. My husband got a massage by Regina and really thought she was good too. Parking can be tricky depending on what time of the day you arrive. If you are anytime near the lunch hour, plan ahead and allow more time to find a parking spot. You'll really enjoy a massage after getting stressed out just getting there. When you call, the front desk attendants are super nice. The main weird thing is how they designed the waiting area. It's just weird and awkward. You will pleasantly enjoy seeing people squeeze through an area and stand directly in front of another patron sitting in a chair. The person in the chair has to awkwardly twist and turn to not see someone else's backside right in front of them. Elements gives consistently good massages no matter who you go to. I've been here probably ten or more times over the last years and I've never been disappointed. A couple weeks ago I went to Mark for a deep tissue massage and he really did a great job working my shoulders (my problem area) and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I have been a member here for over a year and have had various massage therapists and every one has been amazing. I've heard chain places can be sketchy but, this place is very professional; they don't push/oversell you on anything, and the MT's they hire are wonderful. I'm usually a noodle when I leave this place - to the point where I should probably get a DD. I haven't gotten through a massage with Noehmy without falling asleep (unusual for me) but every MT I've had has been fantastic. Highly recommend the 80 minute hot stone massage. Jori was my masseuse and started my massage on time. I enjoy medium and hard pressure due to knots in my back. She did an excellent job getting those released.
