This is one of those old stores that brings you back to a past era when you walk in. The smells and…read moresights take you back (or at least me) to the old hardware stores. This store has upgraded over the last year or so, and they carry a lot of items that keep the small town of Barnsdall thriving. They are extremely nice people, and helpful and knowledgeable about what they have and sale. IF they don't have it, they will bend over backwards to help you locate it or order it in for you. This is one of the few stores in Barnsdall that supports the local community and helps everyone they can. In time of need from storms to the kids on the ballfield. Thank you, guys, for doing what you do! Come in for what you need, grab yourself a cup of coffee and be careful because you will fall into deep conversation about everything and anything while being treated like family with great service!

(Isn't that always the case, lol?) well, the one in our master bedroom quit working. No privacy in the master, so not cool! So my builder put me in contact with the supplier, Bob at Mill Creek. I am so pleased and grateful with the result! The issue was bigger than just replacing the blinds. In fact, Scott the installer was here almost 4 hours. He was so incredibly professional, work hard for literally hours and left my home spotless clean even though it was a sawdusty, messy job! If there were more than 5 stars available, they'd get that, too!

Had to pause for weather a few times, had to build a road also. We are happy with build and looking to build another one soon. Paul answered all our questions and walked us through the process. I am an impatient person, had to learn how these things go up, spent a few days out with them. It was a good project.

I have done business with this business for over 20 years. I had a customer unfortunately put me in…read morea financial bind which left me owing Lucas Metal Works a little over $1414.01 from a bogus check. I was transparent with her collection office and made a $714.01 good faith payment and told them I should be able to pay the balance one week later which would've been October 2. I was unable to make that payment and their owner and confirm this information. He stated that he would look into it. After calling me back he confirm they tried to run my card for $700 on the 2nd and could not get ahold of me which confirm they kept the card number on file which was not authorized. Additionally, he stated I gave permission for one $700 transaction on the second. They proceeded to run the card this morning for $50 than $100 than $100 and $300 which was not authorized as well as 2 transactions yesterday. JR confirmed that their bank gave him permission to do that which is against the law right before hanging up on me. Clearly the owner of this establishment allows direct theft from customers. I would not recommend this business nor will I ever do business with them again. Furthermore his employee text me personally apologizing and asking me to take down the reviews before they respond.
