I feel very relaxed on the massage before Doug. He always asks what issues, if any, you would like him to address today. His experience also allows him to seek out and find your tight areas. I saw on Facebook an ad offering 50% off for a non member, non introductory facial. I called to…read morebook an appointment and ask if I qualified for this offer. I had been at this location one time, years earlier. The receptionist found my previous history and said that I qualified for this offer and I booked my appointment. Everything went well until the checkout. The receptionist quoted me a different price saying that the offer only applied if I was there within a:six month period. I asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager. She wanted to know the name of the receptionist who answered the phone and I did not have that information but I showed her a copy of the ad. She refused to give me the sale price. I paid the bill and called the corporate customer service number. They responded by email that they forwarded my information to another franchise group who did not reach out to me. The goal of the ad was to reach previous clients in an effort to bring them back. I will never recommend them and tell other clients that they fail to honor their own ads.
