I HIGHLY recommend this place. First, let me say, you do not have to be a guest of the hotel to book an appointment and have services performed. I stayed here for the weekend and booked a Swedish massage and hot salt rocks to my package. Jennifer was my massage therapist. She has the softest hands but applied the pressure that I needed. You fill out an intake form that gives the therapist an idea of any medical conditions and an idea of what you need from your service and they work off that to give you a great experience. The place is extremely clean, neat, accommodating and the staff are all very professional. The locker rooms have everything you need. The robes and slides are soft and made of good quality. Cell phones/camera are prohibited in areas where services are being provided. The lounge area has a waterfall, comfortable seating and plays soft music while a relaxing scent fills the air. You can pay for a one-time service or sign up for a $80/month membership that includes services to sauna, the pool, the massage service of your choice and complimentary beverages/snacks. In my opinion, they're much better than the Ballantyne Resort. You can have an individual service or book a couples massage for two. After our service, they provided us with a glass of wine and bottled water. We then went into the sauna room and sat to detox. It was great. I love this place. I'll definitely return. So I'm really hesitant to post this review because I don't want them to booked up to a point where I won't be able to schedule an appointment, but my friends and I had an amazing time. We usually go to another upscale Hotel Spa but they were full. So glad they were. If you're looking for a spa that can accommodate a group, we all loved it. The therapists were reallllyyyyy good! Had planned to get a gel mani but they had a very limited amount of color options so I opted for a regular mani. My technician did a very minimal job cleaning up my cuticles. The only reason they look half decent is because I get manicures frequently. The paint job was OK until she went to put my ring back on and wrecked two of my nails. Personally, I think it would have made more sense to put the ring back on before the paint...but I'm not the professional here. She fixed the two nails but did a sloppy job and the paint was so thick that it took over two hours to dry. To add insult to injury it was the most expensive mani I've had in a long time (possibly ever)...$47 for a regular mani!!! That's nuts!! I literally wanted to just take it off right when I got home but I'll just suck it up and wear it until I have a chance to go get them fixed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

Desiree Flowers is amazing! I went to Spa Botanica for the first time last month and it was life changing. I had such a great experience I refuse to go anywhere else for my facial needs. The dressing room is a great touch, so soothing before and after my spa experience. Desiree made the experience especially great for me by giving me a shower scrub I used right after my facial. Once again a great experience from the front desk to the salon chair at Spa Botanica. Melissa has been doing my hair since 1998 or so and I followed her to the salon when she made the move a few years ago. The salon is easily accessible from the side parking lot of Embassy Suites Hotel and is always very clean, quiet and a wonderful experience! I usually go in the evenings after work and there always seem to be someone getting a mani/pedi, those checking in for massages and of course hair cuts, colors and the like! Tonight I had my roots touched up, highlights redone and a cut and style and my bill was $120 with 20% gratuity. This is absolutely my best massage experience ever. Their customized aromatherapy blend is more of a specialized service than I've ever gotten at a spa before. They dont just have three or four scents but a whole catalog of customization. I took a chance on a scent I thought sounded good and it was perfect. I have a new favorite. My therapist Samantha was perfect, she found trouble spots that I didn't even notice I had and worked them out. Their after-service was also incredible. Even though there was an event happening at the attached hotel and convention center, their service was perfectly on time, and wonderfully relaxing. Me and my friend wanted to get our nails done for prom at a really nice place so we found this place thinking i would walk out with a clean and professionally looking manicure. Oh boy were we wrong. We walked out with nails that look like i quickly slapped polish on them before going out. If you're going to do my nails like that then i believe it's wrong to charge me $60 dollars for something i could've done at home. You can see streaks in my nails and there are bubble bumps on every nail, she even missed the side of some of my nails. SHE EVEN SMUDGED ONE OF MY NAILS AND DIDNT BOTHER TO CORRECT IT. I was very disappointed in this service especially coming from such a beautiful place like the Embassy Suites. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. read more

I got my first Brazilian wax there. All the staff were very kind and warm and made me feel relaxed even though I was there for something that was not so pleasant.
