Several messages were exchanged and I even provided photos to ensure I'd be a good candidate and that what I was looking for was understood especially since I had this procedure done years back. Lacey was so responsive and super sweet. I'm sure I drove her crazy with my 101 questions but she answered them all without skipping a beat. Within a few days, my deposit was given and a date was set. The more we exchanged messages the more I realized I was making the right decision. She was even responsive while on a trip out of state for continued training. She ended up bringing home a well deserved award and I was so very proud of her. March 16th was the day and I was so excited. I arrived bright eyed and bushytailed looking forward to meeting my new bestie. Best part she was eager to meet me as well and rushed to give me a hug. Her studio is so cute and she has very nice pieces of furniture. I love her sense of style in how she was dressed and how she decorated her space. I asked her if I lost a lot of lashes & she told me she couldn't get the glue out & didn't want to keep trying for this reason. I waited more than 24 hours to wash my lashes. The lashes on my left eyelid were slightly lifted & the lashes on the right side had no noticeable difference at all. As far as the eyebrow tint, one was darker than the other so she did attempt to fix it but she should have noticed without me letting her know. This was a huge disappointment.

During the initial visit she wiped off the ink and then applied more on and asked if I'd be ok with leaving it on for another hour and taking it off when I got home (never completing the service). FOUR days later it was all GONE. I messaged Beth and she said "it's called ghosting phase, people typically lose 30-50% of ink, it will reappear." 2 weeks later I still had no eye brows so I messaged Beth again and she told me "its ghosting they will come back, touch-ups are important." I cancelled the next apt and asked for a refund, she agreed but only gave me $25 back b/c I didn't give her notice (remind you, she rescheduled on me 4 times). I'm very unhappy with my results and lost a lot of money and I lost 100% of the microblading b/c she did it wrong and she knew it was wrong, that's why she asked me leave with ink on my face. Any "professional artist" would have refunded an unhappy client, instead Beth blamed me for not wanting to continue paying her "touch-ups." In order to get "desired results" you have to continue to go back and pay for touchups. You can't waste her time, but she can waste yours.
