My nail tech Etianee was on point. I felt like I was talking to my favorite bar tender yet she never lost focus of doing a meticulously perfect job. Sterile use of tools and equipment, trimmed my cuticles gently and properly (because they still look perfect a week later!) made sure she got my approval of the shape she filed my nails, collaborated in my color choice and all! Love her! Overall vibe was energetic yet inviting and I was made to feel comfortable. I really liked the manager too because she was so passionate and engaged as if she were the owner. Very Disappointed…read more Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my experience. My nails came out noticeably crooked and uneven on both sides, and the shape was not what I was looking for. I feel like a professional nail technician should notice when the shape and tips are not straight and symmetrical. She did redo them, but unfortunately they still came out crooked. I also noticed that the other hand had white showing on the nails that was not corrected. Now I have to go back to my old salon and spend another $70 to have them fixed. I really wanted to love my nails, but unfortunately I left very disappointed. I expected better, especially after having them redone.

When she applied it to the first nail I again said no I wanted more of a lighter bright pink/fuscia shade. She said I would see it is pink when she was done. No it is definitely still red indoors, outdoors and in all lighting.
