My only experience with Candylicious was their chocolate covered bacon which, to put it mildly, was ridiculous. I have had it at several other places but believe me, it wasn't like this. This place is amazing! Mark was incredibly helpful in helping me plan for my future sister in law's bridal shower. I've never done a candy buffet before and he was patient, attentive and walked me through all of the steps! He even decorated all of the chocolates in autumn colors because our theme was "Fall in Love". Everyone at the party raved about how delicious the chocolate was! I was very impressed with Candylicious! I was in need of a specific candy mold so I gave them a call. The girl who answered the phone said they did not have the specific mold I needed but could order one and have it the next day. I was a little nervous because I did not know if it would be the one I needed so she she offered to send me an email with a picture of the mold to make sure I liked it. I received the email within 30 minutes of speaking with her and it was exactly what I wanted. I called this morning at 11am and placed my order. It was ready for me to pick up 2 hours later. I also purchased some chocolate when I was there and WOW it was so fresh and yummy. I HIGHLY recommend this place as good candy and good customer service is so hard to find :) read more

I visited this store specifically to get specific colored M&Ms because they are a great price. This is the best candy shop around! I've used them for corporate functions and personally for candy favors. My kids loved the drop in candy workshop. Beth, In reply to your comments to me that I no longer see here but saw in email, the reason I am not on your customer list was due to the fact that in the end I did not end up working with you. As a matter of fact, I don't even know you. The only person I dealt with was Mark, who thought he was impressive with his ability to send photos from his cellphone to a tv screen on the wall. He made numerous promises, made me feel good he could accommodate my husband & I, then dropped off Earth. Any calls were never returned, & whenever I was able to find him, he acted like we spoke about different things & I was crazy. I went into the store on numerous occasions looking for him as my date approached closer, to ALWAYS be met by kids (which is fine), but they never had a clue as to what was going on, referring me back to Mark, who didn't answer questions or return calls. In regards to pricing, yes, it did change. Everything from deposits, to set up fees, to how much I wanted versus what he felt I needed. I don't mean friendly suggestion, I mean him telling me he has jars & needs to order X amount of candy that I'm stuck with to place an order so he'll fill the jar & I keep the balance. If my intent was to fill jars - why would I want (@$11.99/pnd) to buy bulk amounts when the jar doesn't hold that much? Then, he couldn't even tell me how much a jar could hold, making it a guessing game for me. I would have needed to buy whatever hopefully would work & pray for extra Id get to keep instead of landing with 1/2 filled jars because he didn't have a clue. When I explained that to him, he started telling me 3lbs should work, straight across the board on each item I wanted to order. Well, common sense tells you a skittle isn't the same size as a Hershey Kiss (just examples), so no, 3lbs across the board WON'T work. Each item ordered needed to be sized correctly, & I'm sorry, but that's your company's job to know what fits in your jars, not I, who never even saw said jars. Face it...Mark dropped the ball, and lost over $800 that my husband & I had approximated it would have come to. Have a good day, & good luck! read more

This place is outstanding. Just used them for a candy bar for my son's confirmation. Beth was amazing to work with, responses are prompt and friendly. She totally makes you feel like she cares about what you are looking for and trying to accomplish. Results show. Her display or candy was AMAZING!!! Went above and beyond what I expected and asked for!!! The candy bar was a HUGE hit. I mean, who isn't HAPPY when they see and eat candy!!!!! This was the highlight if the party!!!
