Con: Very little room to see the displays. When I came in, I was immediately in line. They then snaked us back to the back of the room so I could see everything else, finding the chocolate I was directed to purchase. Pro: Delicious. Long-standing tradition of homemade. Con: Not easy to find this tiny storefront among all the others, overshadowed by Stop & Shop and more. Pro: Nice friendly staff up front and taking phone calls. The person ahead of me was known to the desk lady, who apparently knew her mom very well as a frequent visitor. Pro: The fact that there are many frequent visitors, and a line that kept replenishing at 4:00 on a workday. Pro: My mother loves Bromilow, and it's about to be Mother's Day. Twice now, I've ordered their signature Pistachio Latte, and both times they didn't have the pistachio ingredient. Instead of informing me before making the drink, they simply served me a regular latte without the pistachio flavor and that too wasn't great. If you're out of an ingredient, the right thing to do is tell the customer and let them choose a different drink or cancel the order. Serving a regular latte while charging for a signature drink is misleading. I hope they improve their customer service and are more transparent with customers in the future.

The manager never came to apologize or even acknowledge me - all she did was slap the fruit box on the counter without saying anything or even looking at me. This was terrible customer service and also very unethical. The manager can't just set their own rules when the corporate ad says "no purchase necessary". The worker said I was the 15th person who's asked for the fruit box - good thing I stuck to my guns and didn't make any purchases to get the fruit box but I feel sorry for the other 14 customers that wanted their fruit box for free and got cheated by having to buy something. This is very deceptive and I feel cheated and scammed by this store and manager. Will be complaining to corporate as well. The coffee menu looked more promising with 4 or 5 different kinds of hot chocolate and the usual listing of coffees, lattes, etc. The hot chocolate kind of tasted like hot tasteless milk (not even good creamy milk) with almost no chocolate flavor, and the latte was luke warm and more of a capuccino. It wasn't even five minutes and I got a call from the store manager Tina, letting me know the process of making the bouquets and that she may need a little bit more time to make sure all of the chocolate is dried and it's too perfection. I really appreciated how fast she was getting back to me and how kind she was over the phone, she even gave me some extra food in my bouquets for the inconvenience. You can tell she had so much love and passion for her job and her clients. The bouquets are absolutely beautiful and incredibly fresh. I will of course be becoming here again.
