The cookie was 9/10 if you love chocolate I'd say definitely try it. The staff was friendly and my cookie came out pretty quick so service was a 10/10. And the crumbl in Rockaway is very tiny to the point where waiting in line can feel crowded if there are 6+ people in there and there is no seating at all. Overall I'd say it ranks 4th or 5th in my favorite cookie spots.

Absolutely the best cookies!! The staff is also always incredibly friendly and attentive, the building is always soooo immaculately clean too! They're cookies are always so melt in your mouth perfect, I wish I had more pictures. It's nice to have variety everytime we go to since they change the cookie flavors weekly. read more

How can you not love this place! It's easy to order, it's quick, and most of all the cookies are amazing! This was my first time trying crumbl in general so when I was in the area and saw they had one...I was excited to try. I used the self order kiosk since it would take me a while to figure out what I wanted. It was easy to navigate. As soon as i paid on the kiosk, I heard my name be called and my cookie was ready. The employee that gave me my cookie was really nice and showed it to me before boxing it up. I got the brownie batter single cookie. The cookie was fresh, soft and rich in flavor. I'll be back to try other flavors for sure. read more

These cookies are decadent and can satisfy your sweet tooth. I decided to give these a try when I was visiting Dick's, which is right next door. The shop was empty and I quickly entered my order via the self-service kiosk. Service was friendly, I got my warm cookies in a few minutes and was on my way. I had to do more shopping so I didn't try them until I got home. The chocolate chip cookie and chocolate peanut better were great. Very decadent and very large. One cookie can feed four, or can be enjoyed over a few days (if you've got the will power). lol read more

I'm leaving this review in hopes of improvement. The cookies are OK/decent for a chain cookie place (not in the ballpark of a good bakery), but the service has become problematic. The last few times I have been, no one (literally no one, not exagerating) works at the register or greets customers. And this place is usually busy with plenty of people needing service. Instead, there are only self serve kiosks available - that ask you, after you do everything yourself, if you want to leave a tip - and workers in the back were yelling to the customers to keep the door closed (there was a line out the door). If you don't have anyone greeting and assisting your customers, then expect a poor customer service rating. And please - PLEASE - don't yell from the back at your customers, nor ask them for gratuities when you aren't serving them. It pains me to leave a review like this for a local business, but I hope it leads to positive change so customers' experience improves dramatically. read more

My friend and I had gone to Crumbl Cookie in rockaway today, we ordered the Salted Caramel Pretzel Pie, the Chocolate Cake, and the No Bake Raspberry Cheesecake. Both the Salted Caramel Pretzel Pie and the Chocolate Cake were very good. When we tried the Raspberry Cheesecake we immediately noticed an odd taste. The first thing that came to our minds was that it may have been expired. We had a few more bites and it was still very off tasting. I brought it home, my husband who happens to be a professional chef even agreed. He said it was most definitely "not good anymore." He said it was probably a few days old and an ingredient most likely some kind of dairy was no longer good. He said that it was possibly made Monday. He emphasised that the shelf life of dairy was only 5 days. I would not recommend buying it. I'm quite upset as I was looking forward to that one specifically, but whatever sometimes things just aren't good. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! read more

I didn't like my cookies. I know that the menu changes every week but they make my stomach hurt and nauseous. Service is pretty quick. But employee give nasty looks. I heard a lot of gossip. It's clean. But, I didn't like the over all experience. Nasty looks, getting yelled at by being told "welcome to crumbl" someone that has anxiety would not like that. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. If you've got a sweet tooth, Crumbl Cookies is basically dessert heaven in a pink box. Each week, they roll out a new lineup of cookies, and it's honestly half the fun to see what creative (and sometimes wild) flavors they'll come up with next. From classic Chocolate Chip to crazy flavors like Churro, Pink Sugar, or Cornbread, there's always something worth trying. The cookies themselves are huge--soft, thick, and gooey on the inside with that perfect bakery-fresh smell that hits you the second you open the box. The presentation is also on point; they look as good as they taste. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but considering the size and quality, it's fair. very good and quick service. cookies tasted excellent. beautiful on the inside. loved the truck outside, very cool. loved the high tech ordering with the weekly cookies on display making it easier to decide. hard to decide because they all look great. when done ordering, it took about 5 seconds for them to call our name. the lady then proceeded to ask us if our cookies looked okay before closing the box. thank you! read more

Such a VIBE when I walk through those doors and smell the cookies and see the PINK and CLEAN environment! And of course! When they open that box of cookies to show us how beautiful the cookies look ...! The staff is always friendly and the cookies are good. The only thing I don't like is that sometimes the staff doesn't make it look like it should, missing a piece of the set up, like a lemon or piece of fruit etc, and they don't realize it even after I ask about it.
