It's a small grocery store with a hometown feeling. Plus it's nice to come here when you don't want to walk around a large grocery store for a few items. I stopped in for tea and honey as I had a sore throat. The tea was on sale for $2.99 but rang up at $3.19. I advised the cashier, who was the young man, and he looked at me like I was crazy. There were two people behind me but I didn't care, so I walked back to the shelf to make sure I saw the right price, and I did. He corrected the price. I know what you're thinking, it's only $0.20. But if the shelf tag says it's one price that's what it should ring up as, right? My family has used this grocery store to purchase fried chicken for special events many times. The deli line is always long, because not only is the chicken good, but many other items such as ham salad, etc. You can call in the chicken order ahead of time and they will have it ready when you pick it up. You can't pay when you call in the order as you have to pay when you pick it up. I would recommend Food Fair for your grocery needs. But like anywhere, be sure the price matches the shelf tag.

They serve you a steak knife, but you don't need it, the steak is fork ready, as it should be. They give you two sides option, so I went with green beans and taters, of the french variant. Both were spot on, and I left full and satisfied. I think the total bill came in under $10 or right around there. Good food, filling, and super light on the budget - what more can you ask for? Kroger brand canned goods are just as good if not better than National Brands. Only problem is they are often out of sale items by the weekend. If you don't go the day the ad comes out you may not get the item. Also, ever sence the remodel there are often empty spaces on the shelves for everyday items. The week Corperate was in for the reopening was the last day the entire store was completely stocked. Lastly the self checkout area is to small for weekly grocery shopping. Not enough bag space. Thankfully they have started having more cashiers open than they did at first.
