They reached out to me as a previous customer, and I have ordered a couple of times with them. There was an issue with one of the deliveries, and the others have been fine. They still don't deliver to your door, which I don't like. I would prefer door service. We're not living in the high Covid times any longer. And masks exist. Driver not stopped and dispatcher tried to blame me for not answering. This place is a joke unprofessional and doesn't care. Multiple times I have had issue with drivers I had enough when the dispatchers responses. I callled and no one answer because it was nearly closing time. The driver called me said they were near me which was impossible. GPS showed the driver 20 minutes away. Bottom line they lied saying they tried contacting me. Just lazy. I have ordered from CanEx several times over the past couple years. The company seems to be progressively getting worse. They now make it impossible to try to get a hold of anyone. I guess they're getting a lot of complaints these days. Out of the last 10 orders I've placed... I would say 30% of them had some sort of error like wrong merchandise or incorrect price. They estimate delivery times to be 30 to 80 minutes. My current delivery time today is now over 4 hours. if they would tell you it's going to be four hours at the point you order that's fine. But what is happening is they keep adding orders for other areas ahead of mine. I started off the third in line for my delivery. As of this review there are now an additional 5 people ahead of me. I don't worry about it one of the drivers late because of traffic or a flat tire... but when the company says they're coming at a certain time and then they decide to put other people in front of me it doesn't seem like good business for the customer. The only delivery service I will use. Medical marijuana patient, cancer survivor. They have a freshly rotating stock of outdoor grown, sunlight infused, organic cannabis. Great strains, great people, no hassle delivery by courteous drivers, and credit card payment is an option (12% upcharge). Pricing is consistently competitive and generally lower than my preferred dispensary. It's great to be able to get meds when I am not well enough or simply otherwise able to get to my dispensary. I've been ordering from this particular vendor for quite a while and have always used cash. Upon placing the most recent order, I used a credit card. The site states that there is a $3.50 fee, however it's actually higher and the transaction is treated like an ATM. Not only are you being charged by CanEx but by your institution as well. Use cash when possible. The upside is that they do have good deals and being a member saves you even more. Just don't pay with a card! read more

Eventually I was able to reach someone at canex via online chat and they were not helpful at all. They are really good, very responsive and reasonably priced. I bought some Blue Dream from them and they gave me two pre-rolls for free. They also waited for me for a while and didn't complain, said nothing about it. I would definitely use them again. Tried this delivery service for first time due to high reviews on other sites. The driver was not discreet at all. He pulled up in unmarked car. Called me to come out. Fumbled with the bag. Then took forever loading debit card info. Finally gives me me a brown paper bag like a paper lunch bag all crumpled up. I go running inside as my neighbor who is a cop is just looking. Then he starts yelling for me to come back and bring the bag. He wanted to check my bag as he saw another product had appeared on his car seat. He looks at my stuff and says oh you're good. For all I know what fell out was a free item as I was a first time customer. I have no idea. I was so embarrassed. I know its legal, but I'm not trying to make a scene and my neighbors are mostly older generations and it still has a negative stigma. 4+ HOUR WAIT FOR DELIVERY...First of all I never right bad reviews on places but my experience with canex delivery was TERRIBLE. First after placing my order I was messaged my two different people that the thing I ordered was out of stock. No problem just asked to replace it with something else. The time of arrival at FIRST was supposed to be around 8pm as I placed an order at 6:20pm, and there were only two people they were delivering to before. However, I check again and time of delivery changes to 9:30pm and now there are 5 people they are delivering to..okay whatever. But it stayed 5 people people ahead of me over an hour and the time of arrival kept getting pushed back. And then again when it said 1 more person before 2 more people got added to be delivered before me. And FINALLY the time of arrival was 10:30pm, over 4 HOURS since I initially ordered..Just a waste of my time I could have gone somewhere else, and I couldn't see who or where I could contact to cancel my order so I just had to keep waiting. I don't get how time and more people kept getting added on, like how did more orders get adding on unless the delivery driver kept going back to the shop to pick up more orders.
