I have been working with Dr. Barbier and her…read moreteam for 2+ years and I wouldn't recommend any other office for your fur babies!! 2 weeks ago my almost 4 year old French Bulldog, Bruno fell lame with IVDD and no use of his hind legs and loss of bladder control. He had no deep pain response in his hind paws and no spinal sensation past his mid back. I was heartbroken and worried I would need to put him down. But with Dr. B's guidance and the help of her absolutely amazing team we got Bruno on a medication regimen and quickly got his pain under control. We started with acupuncture, laser treatments, Chinese herbs and strict crate rest. And just two weeks later, he now has deep pain response in both hind paws, he regained bladder control and with assistance can go potty on his own and his able to stand up with just a little assistance. The vets actually take their time with you. They don't rush you out, they answer your questions and genuinely seem to care about your dog. I even had a question after one of our visits and the veterinarian personally called me back to talk to me about it. My dogs also have major anxiety at the vet, and they told me I could wait in my car until a room was ready and then bring them straight in. Seriously, THANK YOU!! It made such a difference. Some things are a little more expensive, but honestly other prices seem average and the care has been worth it. Front desk is amazing, staff is amazing, vets are amazing. On our appt, they immediately took him in and did an a little skin scrape and put it under the microscope, right there. Immediately found bacteria and offered to do a punch skin biopsy to get down to the real issue. They offered me bottled water. They have filtered water for the dogs, and they also make their own treats that are hypoallergenic. Truly love this place and highly recommend for any issues you have with your pet, but also if you need your pet to stay for the day or overnight for your time away.

That made her uncomfortable, and it didn't feel appropriate to pressure a minor for personal information just to buy an item. On top of that, the item was marked $11, but when she checked out, it rang up at $15+. There was no clear explanation for the price difference. I understand businesses have policies, but customer service should always feel respectful and transparent especially when dealing with teenagers. I hope management addresses this so other families don't have the same experience.
