Today I called to see if they had availability for a small dog and within 30 minutes my Rosie was getting her bath. The staff was great in person, and on the phone. They called to let me know she was almost ready and when I arrived to pick her up, we were in and out. This experience was outstanding. Rosie smells like candy and is relaxed from her spa day. I had called to see if they had time to groom my chow Ozzie and were able to take him the same day. Elaine answered the phone and had no concerns about chows as other places did. Other places even refused to see him! As soon as I came in, the male groomer (I believe Alex was his name) greeted my pup and took a good look at him.
