I explained this to the owners and they were willing to meet me and my dogs before boarding. My big scary dog was a perfect gentleman. I asked if we could meet once more to make sure it wasn't a fluke, again perfect gentleman. Both times we walked through the kennel on leash and off with no issues. I immediately booked with them. They made me and my dogs feel like family. They obviously care about the animals they board and are willing to go the extra mile to make their clients feel good about leaving their pets with them.
