They said she did well and provided some tips on things to work on which is always helpful for a pup parent! Ruby was cute and fresh! She was also very sleepy. We look forward to her next grooming appointment with Club Canine!

I have also used the grooming service and I was very pleased. My one Boston has a tear in his ACL and the staff is aware and extra care was taken when he was groomed. Walked thru services and process to select what was right for our dog during her stay. Shortly after choosing stay, received a clear/concise note w documents needed to confirm our pup's stay. Upon arrival our dog was hesitant - but greeted by 2 smiling faces who helped her to her space. The daily updates/picture were timely and looked forward to by family. For his first trial visit (which was free) I dropped him off at 9am to a great staff member. She took his bag of food and treats from me and off he went to the back. I was probably (I Was) more sad than he was. But knew he was going to be in good hands. I picked him up around 5:30 an he was just a little ball of happiness. He got in the car and immediately started whining at the door...he had already missed the new friends he had made. They gave him a good report at the end too, which made me happy! As soon as we drove away however, he immediately fell asleep. And other than for eating dinner and taking a very potty breaks he was passed out for the rest of the night. He even went into his crate early in the morning the next day, a sign that he had the Wigglebutt hangover. Can't wait to bring him back more!

I explained this to the owners and they were willing to meet me and my dogs before boarding. My big scary dog was a perfect gentleman. I asked if we could meet once more to make sure it wasn't a fluke, again perfect gentleman. Both times we walked through the kennel on leash and off with no issues. I immediately booked with them. They made me and my dogs feel like family. They obviously care about the animals they board and are willing to go the extra mile to make their clients feel good about leaving their pets with them. My dogs were treated so well and had no signs of stress upon my return. We will only use Headlee's Kennel from now on. Thank you for for loving my babies.

The few times I've boarded my very anxious rescue dog at a traditional kennel, she would get so…read morestressed from being cooped up and all the loud barking around her that she wouldn't eat and would end up getting sick. I just stopped going on vacations after that. :( Then I found Katy the K9 Keeper! Katy and her husband are so warm and welcoming, and they immediately make you feel like you and your pup are part of their family. The first time Roxy stayed with them, Katy knew I was worried about how she would do. She sent me photos and text updates during my trip--totally unprompted!--so my mind would be at ease and I could enjoy vacation. Roxy has stayed with them several times since then, and she's always SO excited when I pull in the driveway. There are always a few other fun dogs to play with, and they have a great backyard for ZOOMIES! They work with you to coordinate drop-off and pick-up times that are convenient for your schedule, and they have a frequent stay punchcard that you can use to earn free nights. I feel like this setup is 1000x better than the traditional boarding model. Now I can go out of town without worrying or feeling guilty about boarding my dog!
