They were so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. My golden got a bath and came out smelling soooo good and looking so happy. They really took their time to make sure he felt safe and comfortable, which means a lot since he's not used to being groomed. I always am concerned about health and safety of the dogs when they're away but they came home just as happy and well balanced as when I drop them off. They use Facebook quite a bit which I'm not a Facebook person but they posted regular pictures so we could see what they were doing at any time of day. Their business is monitored by security cameras so I felt pretty safe that they could see what was going on in and around the property.
