I use to use this kennel but on the last occasion after our trip to Bermuda, I called the kennel to say that we would be picking up our dogs within the hour. Well, they had some bad news for us. They lost one of my dogs! I couldn't believe it! I was devastated. The short version is that I did fine her 6 miles away from the kennel about 24 hours after she was initially lost. Thank God! We were told 2 different stories of what happened, 1 from the wife and 1 from the husband. What I believe happened was that Molly was in the tub but was not tethered. Someone called, a door was left open, they were distracted and out she went. Thank God she did not have her leash on. She would have gotten tangled somewhere and I would never have gotten her back.
